I was very intrigued by the lightweight clumping litter that Arm & Hammer is now offering, since a few other companies are advertising this new and improved product. I had previously tried the Tidy Cats lightweight litter but was less than impressed. While the Arm & Hammer does stand up against its claim of clumping and sealing in the scents- the lightweight formula means it travels further on my hardwood floors. I find it scatters across the room after my cat jumps out of the litter box and it sticks to socks easier than the regular clay/heavier litter. That being said, it sticks to my cats paws easier and it is so dusty! Cleaning the litter box means standing a good meter away in hopes the dust doesn't rise too high and hit me. I also now see paw prints on the back of my black couch. Overall, I wouldn't buy this product again. It is so messy and I have to vacuum more frequently than I already do (3+ times a week).

Things I like 1. The lighteness of the product compared to other litters 2. The clumping ability is great, it clumps very well and doesn't fall apart when you're scooping. 3. It is very scented and covers the cat smell really well.
Things I could do without 1. The cost, seems a little pricey for one litter change and 2. The smell, yes it covers the cat smells which is great but it is very scented and from someone with allergies it can get a little intense. Overall I would buy it again and it may become my new regular kitty litter.

I noticed how light weight the product was compared to my usual brand. There was no dust when i poured it into the box. It also did a really good job clumping and locking in the smell. I would buy this product again

I received this for free from the Chick Advisor Product Review Club. I was so excited to get this and the first thing I noticed about it was the weight and just how easy it was to carry. As I live on the 14th floor of an apartment building I usually have to carry my litter alone as it is so heavy, however this once I was able to carry with my other items without an issue. I opened the litter the next day and it had a nice sent to it, as well as a different texture and there was no dust, bonus! Well, it was a bonus for me anyway, later that night I realized that my cats didn't have as much waste in there as they normally do, and it turned out my older cat wouldn't use it (She has done this once before when I tried to use a kitty litter made from ground corn the night I got her from the shelter, However the younger one had no issues) So right now I have 2 litters down for my cats as Luna is too picky, but Layla is fine with it and I think this kitty litter does a great job (I just wish Luna would use it) It doesn't seem to make as much of a mess as the other liters I've used and it really does seal in the smell. My cats can easily clear a room, however I don't seem to notice a smell when Layla uses this litter! I personally love this litter and would recommend it to cat owners especially if they have multiple cats, however I wouldn't purchase it in the future due to only one of my cats actually using it.

I received this for free from Chick Advisor for my honest Opinion. First I would like to say that I really liked the easy carry handle on the box,it made it very convenient to use rather than carrying the whole box. After opening I noticed it had a nice clean fresh scent,it wasn't overpowering like some brands .When pouring into the litter box I also noticed there was no cloud of dust like I get with my usual brand .It seems to be a finer consistency compared to my usual brand .It definitely clumps the litter and I found it worked really good to mask any odors from the litter.I would definitely purchase this product .I love my fur babies so price for me isn't an issue

This cat litter is is a breath of fresh air... literally. Complete odour control helps when you live in an apartment, I barely notice the litter box. Also when you don't drive that often, the lightweight formula saves my arm every time I have to make that trip.

So far the odor control has been good and it really clumps up. I wouldn't say it's the best I have ever used but it's pretty close. I don't think my cat likes it as much as his regular brand I use. I am undecided if I will switch this to my regular brand, I will recommend it to family and friends to give it a try. Overall works well and quality is very good.

I was honoured to be chosen to review Arm and Hammer Clump and Seal Lightweight Litter for my cat through ChickAdvisor Product Review Club.
This litter was so easy for me to carry from the store to my house. The Light weight litter is defineitely a plus for me, as I suffer from Chronic Pain and did not have a problem lifting this box at all compared to my regular brand. The second thing I noticed right away was the wonderful aroma wafting from the box. I am a huge fan of the smell of this product, smells very clean and inviting. The aroma is strong, exactly what I like.
The litter has a sand like texture and is dark in colour. I found that the litter clumps very well and stays clumped while removing waste from the box. The litter stayed true to the claim of lasting ordor control for the litter still smelled fresh for well past its advertised 7 days. My cat was a little unsure of the new litter at first but came around quickly.
Even though I recieved it for free the price is a little higher than my regular brand but think it is well worth the extra due to the light weight easy to carry, smells beyond amazing, and clumps great!!
I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

I recently tried this litter and I thought it was great! It is very scented, smells like citrus or laundry soap a little. I don't tend to buy litters that are so strongly scented so that was a bit of a turn off. Otherwise, as advertised, there's pretty much no dust. There was no dust when I poured it into the litter box and none when I stir it around at cleaning time. It is very dark in color which was unexpected. It pretty much looks like wet litter.The clumping works great and the grains are very small, almost like sand, which makes it lighter.

This product is definitely lightweight. Makes scooping easier and the dust free factor is definitely a bonus. It would be better if it had a little milder odour. I do recommend it, but it is a bit pricey compared to regular litter. Sadly, it took the whole box to fill one litter pan.
