This toothpaste did not whiten my teeth, even after using the entire tube. I did however notice my teeth were somewhat shinier after use and my teeth were clean.

I do normally use whitening ttoothpast but for a month i did go without it. I decided to try The Arm & Hammer Baking Soda brand instead of my usual whitening tooth paste because I figured the baking soda was a more "natural way to go".
It did nothing for me and in fact made my teeth more yellow. It was akso a little gritty and not much fun to use...I almost dreaded brushing my teeth in the morning. It also made my teeth more sensitive. I used it for an entire month and a half and it gave me nothing but tooth aches (literally)
I will not purchase it again. When I went back to my usual brand of totoithpas my sensitivity went away and my teeth were finally no longer yellow.
