Just clean clothes, no itchy skin
Arm and Hammer has a few different sensitive skin laundry soaps, but I find this one to be the best. While my skin can handle small amounts of perfume/scents at a time, I prefer not to wash all my clothes in soap that is 90% perfume/scent chemicals. This laundry soap does not smell good and it will not leave your clothes smelling "laundry fresh" but your clothes will be clean and if you have sensitive skin, your skin will not be itchy. If you enjoy heavily scented laundry soap, this is not the soap for you. But for those of you with sensitive skin, I highly recommend it.
Good detergent
This detergent is one of my favorite detergents. I used this on all my baby clothes when the baby detergent i had bought was heavily scented and caused a reaction on her skin. Highly recommend. One of the only detergents i found that is not bank breaking that is truly scent free.
Economical and decent, with baking soda and more on the natural side, this is my go to detergent. I try many products, but I really like the Arm and Hammer brand for being affordable, yet using ingredients I can identify rather than highly confusing chemically enhanced ingredients that I feel squeamish subjecting myself or the environment, or anyone else, too. Also, because the brand has been around a long time, it feels like the brand's reputation of reliability is useful and solid.
Because I got such a great deal on this, I picked up a couple of bottles for about a dollar each. I normally use Tide or Persil. While this detergent got my clothes clean enough, I didn't feel that it had brightened up my light clothing as well as my other brands. I think I will use it for towels, and table cloths, etc...but not my clothing. I am pretty fussy with detergent, and like to make sure my clothes look good, especially my scrubs, as people don't want care from a worker in less than clean clothing. Did a great job of deodorizing the towels, they came out smelling fresh. Notably, I do find that different detergents work better with different water, so it may be a water issue, rather than a detergent issue.
I use the Sensitive Skin Arm & Hammer Liquid Detergent as I and other members of my family are sensitive to scents. I like it is non-scented and doesn't have any dyes. This detergent does a good job cleaning the clothes. You don't have to use the amount they recommend usually about half the amount is enough to get the clothes clean.
