I really like Arm & Hammer Slide litter. The box has an easy grip handle for carrying and comes in a small box which I like. The litter is dust free and finely milled with a pleasant scent. My adult cat adjusted to it well. When it needed to be changed out, the litter just slid out perfectly. I would recommend and purchase this litter in the future IF it wasn't so expensive..fifteen bucks a week for kitty litter is just not in my budget. If you can afford it, than this is a really good kitty litter.

I had the opportunity to try Arm & Hammer's new Slide Easy Clean-Up clumping litter and was eager to see how it worked as I have 3 cats and it's a constant chore keeping their litter boxes clean! I received a sample free (it was a little difficult to find a store selling both the brand and the smaller size, but finally found it at a Wal-Mart in a neighbouring town.) I decided to try the multi-cat version but it is also available in Non-Stop Odor Control.

My first impression was that the texture of the product is finer than litters I have used in the past. There was NO dust when filling the boxes, which was a big plus in my mind. I wondered if the finer texture might mean more mess when the cats are scratching around but so far (2 days) I've not noticed anything out of the ordinary.

I did notice that there wasn't a particular scent when filling the boxes; this doesn't mean there isn't odour control and if you are someone who prefers a less scented product, you'll probably appreciate this. The other version of this product may have a stronger scent to it.

Initially the cats were a little wary but they are like this whenever anything changes. They did use the box fairly quickly. The multi-cat version says it controls odour for 7 days but I wouldn't ever let things go that long without a litter change with 3 cats! In fact, I don't know if I would say the odour control was particularly better than other litters I've used. But it was adequate. So now onto the major claim, that litter will not stick to the box.

I found that there was a little bit of stick still to the litter when dumping the box. Was it as much as usual? NO, not even close. So in that respect, I'd say their claim was pretty accurate. Maybe with just one cat you'd find that it worked perfectly. However, I would make sure to scoop on your usual schedule as I imagine the "slide ability" of the product decreases as the box gets dirtier.

This IS an expensive product, we're talking between $14-$19 depending which size you choose and where you buy it. And it won't necessarily last longer than anything else you are using. I would weigh carefully whether the sliding aspect of the product justifies the price in your mind. I don't think this will become my regular litter because of the high price, but I will certainly use it again.

No complaints. This is a finer texture than our usual litter, which seems to have resulted in less being tracked out of the pan. Clean up was easy, although I would not say it all slid out completely as advertised, as there was still some sticking. Certainly less than with other litters we have used, though.

This is a great brand works very well wish the handle was a bit stronger maybe even a poor spout would be nice but the price is good it clumps nice and controls smell very well even with 2 cats the main thing is the handle it n3eds to be stronger so its easy to carry

Overall the product did as it said! Cleanup was easy and it really did a good job with being odour free. I found it slid out easily and didn't follow my cat out of the box like some brands. It wasn't light in weight. The packagaing was horrible though. The handle ripped right through the cardboard on our walk home. Good if you have a vehicle but for downdown dwellers who rely on local transportation/biking/walking- super heavy and awkward to carry (esp with the handle breaking) :( Great product but they need to work on either making it less weight or having a heavy duty handle ;)

Finally found a great litter for all my cats!!! I have been looking for months and months for a litter that would reduce the dust that floats around our basement from the cat litters we used and I noticed that this cat litter cuts the dust down about 75%!!! That is ten times better than what we are used too and we just love this feature. I also like that the Odours are not as strong when using this litter. It is perfectly formulated so the odours are perfectly contained and not disperse into the air. The clumping factor is pretty good as well. I have never had issues with my cat litter clumping and this cat litter clumps pretty good as well. Only thing I wish was the price point was slightly cheaper. I bought a box for $23 which is more than half of what I normally spend on a cat litter but since it does an excellent job in keeping down the dust I will most likely purchase this cat litter again.

The new Arm & Hammer 'Slide' litter is truly unique and innovative! I found it did exactly as promised. I did not have to dig and scrape the bottom of my litter box. With the use of this litter, all remains did really 'slide' off the bottom. The smell was very pleasant and the colour was darker than typical litter crystals. I found the texture to be more sand-like which I did not mind in the clean up process, and my cats (2) took to it right away.
I am so happy I was given the opportunity to try the Arm & Hammer Slide litter!

I really liked the way that this poured out, and clumped up. My cats really liked it as well which is good since they are picky. I don't like the fact that it costs as much as it does, which would probably effect my purchasing it in the future. #gotitfree

This product makes the job a lot easier It isn't dusty and it clumps up the pee well so I don't have to scrape the bottom of the litter box but unfortunately I don't use it no more as my cat passed away but I would recommend this to anyone who has a cat.

Its not dusty at all After using it for 6 days now NO harsh odour. easy to scoop out great clumping power.
What we have noticed the cat litter is darker than the brand we used to use before and that's just fine.. It lasts longer than the old brand. Slides right out of the pan... Love that part not scrapping needed
We had tried other brands some left a trail behind from the cat box. This keeps it in the area that it belongs in.
One downside is that the 6.4 KG box we got is great for 1 litter box. We have two litter boxes. My cat really don't share well. The price of it at Walmart is 14.97 a box. Id need 2 boxes. Its the price that bugs me. need to be lower. If my memory serves me correctly the larger box is almost 30 bucks.... that for me is 60 dollars a month on cat litter. Fingers crossed Costco starts to sell it. Love the free sample and thank you for it :)
