I'm torn with this product. I like the name brand, and the quality they provide in all their products, and I'm a fan of whitening products for my teeth. I currently use the Colgate optic white toothpaste, which I used to be a crest fan over Colgate products.
I used arm & hammer truly radiant for 3 weeks to give it a full chance, and stopped using my Colgate optic white, and found my teeth were less white after using arm & hammer,
I will still definitely buy this product for my 11 & 13 year old as it has healthier ingredients, and more natural brightening product, but sadly not a new fave for me.

My two teenaged daughters don't smoke, thankfully, but they do drink a lot of things that stain their teeth, like coffee, dark pops, etc...& they are starting to realize that they can't really replace their teeth, but rather they do need to take better care of their teeth & their health so when my eldest spied Arm & Hammer's Truly Radiant Toothpaste in our local drugstore, she practically begged me to buy it for them so that they could 'fix' their teeth!!! Both of my daughters started to use this toothpaste the next day & used it faithfully everyday,sometimes twice a day, all summer & guess what?! They have much nicer teeth... their teeth are not sparkling white & like some commercials claim for their products, but they are a lot lighter, closer to white than yellow & perhaps. if they keep using Arm & Hammer's Truly Radiant Toothpaste, they may come closer to having white teeth! I do recommend this product, but don't expect miracles, patience is necessary which is hard sometimes with teens!

I absolutely love Arm & Hammer Truly Radiant toothpaste! It has that deep clean that only baking soda can give, with a refreshing taste. It leaves my mouth feeling (and smelling!) fresh, up until my next brushing!

I received this toothpaste from ChickAdvisor to try out and overall, I liked it. After using it for a few weeks, I do think that my teeth were slightly whiter, and my teeth and mouth as a whole felt cleaner. It left me with fresh breath as well that lasted for a few hours, rather than for just a short period of time like some other toothpastes. The taste was pretty good too, not as sharp as some other toothpastes where it almost hurts your mouth because of how strong the mint is.

This would be a great every day toothpaste for anyone who doesn't have any particular problems and just wants something to maintain their oral health and contribute to a slightly brighter smile - the results aren't dramatic, but then again I only used it for a few weeks and certainly did see a small improvement (especially given the amount of tea I drink). I would recommend it to others looking for a whitening toothpaste, and I would purchase it for myself once this tube is finished.

I have to say I was surprisingly impressed with this product. These bakeing soda products usually dont taste very good. With this product you can still taste it but it is not so overwhelming that you are discouraged from using it. I noticed a difference in my teeth after about three days( whiter) even my gums felt better than usual. Pricewise, I actually found it a little cheaper than other comparative brands. I actually found it worked better than the other brands. Tamara

I received this product to review through the review club. Previous to this I was using another brand of toothpaste and brushing my teeth with that and a bit of added baking soda right after drinking things that stain like coffee. My teeth do tend to stain easily so brushing with baking soda is important for me to be able to keep my teeth from being stained in between dentist visits. This is a great all in one product that does work well compared to my previous method and eliminates the need for me to add baking soda to my brush as I was with the previous toothpaste I was using.

I would recommed this product to everyone. I find that it actually does what it says it will do.

I am always interested in finding a new whitening toothpaste as I have rarely found one that actually makes teeth noticeably whiter. One suggestion I have had from my dental hygienist to keep my teeth white between visits is to apply a baking soda paste to my teeth, as it has natural whitening properties. I often use baking soda as a natural way to clean out tea stains in my mug, so I know it does work in breaking down stains. With that in mind, the Arm & Hammer Truly Radiant Toothpaste being formulated with baking soda (by a company well known for its baking soda, no less) had me intrigued...it was a whitening toothpaste that might actually work.

After using this for several weeks, I can say that yes, it did make my teeth just a bit brighter, my teeth feel clean, and it is actually great at leaving me with fresh breath after brushing my teeth with it. I like the taste of this toothpaste a lot better than the toothpaste I was previously using regularly. Obviously, it will not have as dramatic of an effect as having the dentist clean your teeth, or getting your teeth professional whitened, but I wouldn't expect any toothpaste to be able to do that anyways.

I think this is a good toothpaste to use in between visits to the dentist to keep those pearly whites in good shape, and would be comfortable recommending it to others in search of a whitening toothpaste. I myself will be picking up another tube of this once it runs out.
