Delicious cookies

Tim Tam cookies are a delicious chocolate treat for any time of the day. The kids absolutely love them. I learned a trick from an Australian friend, where you bite off both ends and them suck your coffee, tea or hot chocolate through the cookie, like a straw, then dunk the whole thing in your mouth. It is a flavor explosion that literally melts in your mouth! The Aussies call it a Tim Tam Slam! I love all the different flavor options, especially the chewy caramel.

I now have a Tim Tam addiction.

I always wanted to try Tim Tam's to see what all the hype was about but found they were too expensive. Imagine my surprise when I seen them in my local grocery store for 2.99$ a pack. Since then I have bought them every time I do groceries. Even though they are cookies they have a mini chocolate bar feel. Two crispy, chocolate cookies with a chewy caramel center, enrobed in milk chocolate. If twix was a chocolate cookie this would be it.
