Would buy again!

This eyeliner is the bomb! I purchased it for 16$ at shoppers drug mart in the beauty boutique. The colour I have is deep black which dries to a matte black. The pen tip is quite thin perfect for thin lining. The formula dries almost instantly and is pretty much waterproof! I haven't had an allergic reaction to this so it's good for sensitive skin. Overall I recommend!
