I someone who doesn't like to use a hair dryer or flat iron because I'm afraid it will damage my hair so I thought I would try this spray which is supposed to help protect my hair from the heat. I've been using this for a few weeks now and it seems to be working well and my hair feels silky and smooth as well. I had to be careful that I didn't use too much because it will leave my hair damp and unable to use the flat iron.
