Amazing for stir fry

I’ve used this particular black bean sauce in so many dishes from black bean chicken to Chinese green beans. It’s cheap ($2.50), has good flavor and salt, isn’t too pasty, bleands well with other sauces and lasts long after you open the jar. This is a must if you are into Chinese or any kind of Asian cooking.
