Nice Lip Balm but dried my lips out.

This lip balm should have been really nice on my lips and hydrated them, however I feel that they are dryer each time I use it - I keep applying more to hydrate them, so I feel this balm doesn't work for me. The lip balm itself is a good texture and smells amazing, it was also almost $15AUD so I feel like it was a waste of money for me.
