Well, it's not the fastest read in the world, but it sure is packed with a highly detailed account of everything from stairs, fuse boxes, to kitchen equipment to the dining room. Seriously fascinating but you have to really stick to your guns to finish it. Not as numerous as most of Bill Bryson's books.
