Less harmful than most others

The ingredients are pretty safe, according to ewg and the smell is not too overpowering. I use it everyday after shower and I have noticed that there is less buildup in the shower. Of course, I do need to clean my shower are regularly, but the elbow grease required is less than before. The price, however, could be lower.
