I intially was happy with my product, then a couple weeks in it would not hold charge, or control volumne. I was most disappointed because the sound is excellent, just the right amount of bass, crystal clear sound all around, a nice solid speaker is easy to keep clean. When I wrote Aukey and told them of my problem and frustration they immediate arranged to ship out a new device with no cost to myself and I recieved it a few days later. This company keeps its promise to value its customers and that is sometimes hard to find these days. I have other Aukey products as well and they have been excellent. This is a company that is worth five starts plus in my books and I highly recommend.
