Love Aunt Jemima, what a time saver. the Buttermilk mix is divine. Sometimes I add an egg, sometimes I just add the required water. When we have leftover EggNogg I freeze it in smaller quantities and then thaw it at a later date add it to the pancake mix instead of the water, wonderful, the are so light and fluffy. But watch sometimes you have to add a bit of water or milk because the batter gets to thick. I try to stock up when the mix is on sale, just for extra savings.

Great to take camping, so easy to use.

Aunt Jemima pancakes are great tasting, fluffy and are my favorite comfort food. I grew up loving these pancakes, and they can be prepared in so many ways. I love to add a touch of natural vanilla bean extract, oh so yummy. These are the most flavorful pancakes out there.Aunt Jemima's classic taste will keep you wanting more! Aunt Jemima Buttermilk Complete Pancake Mix is a good source of calcium and iron, that makes me feel good about serving them to my family. I always add an egg, but I use water to keep the calorie count a little lower, I would rather drink a cold glass of milk while eating my pancakes. Cold milk is the perfect accompaniment to pancakes, after syrup of course. It is very important to mix your pancake batter well, as to avoid lumps of mix in your batter, yuck. Aunt Jemima is a brand I have loved for years, and no other pancake mix even compares, and of course it must be Aunt Jemima syrup as well. Love Aunt Jemima !!

I always have a box of Aunt Jemima Buttermilk complete pancake mix in my pantry. The Buttermilk is way better then the original they turn out much fluffier and have a bit more tang from the buttermilk. There so easy to whip up and prepare. You can also add just about anything to these pancakes for variety and to switch it up a bit.

You can also have them plain with butter and REAL maple syrup there's nothing quite like using real maple syrup so much nicer then the artificial syrups. Its also good with a variety of fruit through the batter.I seem to be on a blueberry kick lately as I still have frozen blueberries from last years crop. You can also make savory pancakes with cheddar and veggies through it its really good! The mix is also always very reasonably priced.

I love this pancake mix. It is so easy to make and always comes out great. I always add an egg or two to the mix and use milk not water. I whisk the mix not stir. My pancakes always come out light and fluffy. They taste great and look great. There is only one way to make them even better and that is to add heated real maple syrup on top.

Our family usually buys the Original pancake mixes from Aunt Jemima, but I needed some mix to bring camping recently and decided to try this and see if the buttermilk made any difference.
I was really happy I bought this mix instead because the pancakes we made with it were so good! I didn't use a measuring cup or anything, just made up a batch of the mix with some water and added more of each until the consistency looked right, and they were some of the best pancakes I've made. They cooked up easily and were fluffier than the Original mix too, which I think made a big difference.
I'm definitely going to keep getting the Buttermilk mixes from now on. These were way better than the original and still super easy to make. I love how much simpler it is to get creative when you use mixes, because you have more time and less clean up - we usually add blueberries to our pancakes but there are tons of other yummy things you could add too.
