My favourite brand of pancake mix for sure. I always make these as a weekend breakfast treat with my boyfriend. We sometimes add raspberries and chocolate and they are to die for!

I love these pancakes I've had them since i was a kid in the morning and even at night. But now that i am a mom i give my kids this same kind of pancakes also. I love the taste and you can add pretty much anything to the batter to make it your own

If you're looking for an easy to make breakfast this is great. All you need to do is just add water to the batter, mix and cook. I usually throw in some chocolate chips for a little extra something. They come out light and fluffy and taste great.
