This is a headband your to in your hair before bed and come morning you are to wake up with beautiful curls! I are to wrap your hair around the head band. Wer hair as sleep. Seems easy! However the headband material is like velcrow. Your hair sticks really well. I woke up the next morning with my stuck in the band. Will not use again!
