I was super pleased with how flexible and accommodating they were with adjusting our needs. You can request a split key ring instead of a beaded chain, and you can also purchase a tag with a silencer in case your child has sensitivities to sounds. When our tag arrived I was so happy with how it turned out. The color was bright & can be seen right away & it fit all the contact info and information about my son perfectly. We ended up purchasing another, one is on my sons coat & the other is on his backpack. I would totally recommend this product to anyone who has a verbal/non-verbal autistic child.
