This milky liquid dispenses easily from the pump and smells strongly of lavender, which I am not a fan of. The scent lingers after use. It does not clean makeup off very well and leaves a slight film after that may be considered moisturizing to some or unclean to others. It is expensive for what it was. Any beneficial ingredients that may have been included in this are useless in this formulation, as it will not spend enough time on the skin to make a difference.
