Aveno Eye Gel

I love how light and airy this eye cream is, it doesn't feel sticky or greasy it absorbs easily and feels so light. I found a difference in my skin texture over the last month as I've been using this eye cream. I was using a much more expensive eye cream and I like this one as much or more.

Refreshing eye gel from Aveeno

Usually I'm cautious about trying new facial products as I have no idea how my skin would react. In this case however, I had absolutely no reason to be concerned. When applied, the eye gel felt great to the touch and did not set off any reactions. It has been a few weeks since sampling and the skin around my eyes is looking good. It remains to be determined whether or not the effects are long-term, but so far so good!

Great moisturizer

Aveeno Calm +Restore Age Renewal Eye Gel works very well as a moisturizer . i have found that the area around my eyes is much softer and smoother. I havent noticed a big difference in the dark circles under my eyes yet.though they are really dark to begin with , so this might take more time to see a difference. Will continue to use the product and see if there is a difference.

Great under makeup

As someone with very sensitive skin, I have always struggled with eye creams. At 36 years old, I certainly feel that I should be using one regularly but I have never found one that does not burn or sting, or leave my eyes sore and uncomfortable. Eye creams always seem to slide around my face and end up in my eyes or clogging my pores around the eye area. ICK.

I really loved the gel texture of this eye product. It was light, gentle and refreshing. I used it at night and was happy with the hydration and how it did not irritate my eyes or skin at all. However, I liked it even better in the daytime. I have found lately that using colour corrector and concealer under my eyes causes them to crese, no matter which make up products I use or how great my application is. A couple of dabs of this eye gel worked wonders to resolve this problem - I simply put it on under my make up and it helped it to last all day without looking dry or creasing.

Thank you to Butterly for allowing me to try this product in exchange for my honest review. I liked the product but will not likely be repurchasing it in the near future, only because such a tiny amount goes such a long way. Even with daily use for a few weeks, I have barely made a dent.

Smooth and effective

Now that I’m almost 30 I’m noticing those fine lines and wrinkles popping up. This product has helped smoothen any areas of concerns for me. It’s very gentle on the skin and glides on with ease. No harsh smells either, which is great!

Eye gel

These past few weeks, I got really exhausted and barely had a good sleep. My eyes looked very tired and my eye bags were terrible. It was my first time to use a skincare product for my eyes and to be honest, I was hesitant to use it at first thinking it might irritate but since Aveeno is a trusted brand and I'm also a user of their other products, I thought I'd give it a try. I use Aveeno Calm + Restore Age Renewal Eye Gel together with Aveeno Calm + Restore Age Renewal Serum for my face in one routine and have been doing it for weeks now. They are best for sensitive skin and also fragrance-free which is a plus for me. The eye gel really helps reduce the puffiness and dark circles. The serum is not sticky and heavy. My skin absorbs it really well when applied. It seals in enough moisture to keep my skin hydrated. I'm still looking for more visible result for both products especially with improving my fine lines and wrinkles so I'm keeping this in my routine.

Must try

I really like this cream, there are no harsh ingredients and my eye area feels moisturized after use. It’s a gel/cream formula and feels good to the touch. There aren’t any drastic results but I do feel better about my skin.

Light

The eye gel has a very light texture and absorbs very easily. You only need a small amount of product, this will last a long time. It provides enough hydration for my but I didn’t see any visible difference after using this for a few weeks. I feel like this does help with puffiness, especially in the morning.

Feels Great

I love using this eye cream. I struggle with fine lines and this has helped immensely. It didn't irritate my skin at all which I love as I have sensitive skin.

Noticeable difference

I used this for the recommended 4 weeks. I didn’t notice a huge difference, other than softness. That is, until I got sick the following week and stopped using it. That’s when I noticed how much darker and looser my under eye was. I hadn’t noticed the slow tightening effect it had on my under eye bags. I should’ve taken a before and after picture because I didn’t notice physically, until I stopped for awhile.
