Seems good but no dramatic difference

I received Aveeno's Calm+Restore Eye Gel for free in exchange for my honest opinion on how it works. I was very excited to try it for a full four weeks before judging its effectiveness. It has some pretty big claims and I used it day and night hoping to see dramatic results. I have to say, while not dramatic, I have noticed my skin looks a lot better. My dark circles are still there but overall I look more refreshed. A friend who hadn't seen me in a while even mentioned how good my skin was looking! The eye area in particular hasn't been puffy or stressed looking for a month. The gel itself has a pleasant scent, goes on smoothly and a little goes a long long way! There was definitely no redness or dryness and I love Aveeno for its ingredients alone. I will keep using to see if results get even better. I'm 46 so I may be hoping for miracles :)

Love a gentle and non irritating retinol

I have sensitive skin, so naturally I was worried about using retinols. However I have used this for past 2 weeks and theres no irritation. This eye cream is very gentle. It absorbs quickly and doesnt leave a sticky film. I enjoyed the gel like creamy consistency and the packaging is a cute glass container.

Good product

I only used a bit of the eye gel due to my oily surrounding areas around my eyes and was good enough to retain or add moisture for the area! No reaction and no bumps afterwards too.

Gentle, effective relief!

The greatest benefit of this retinol alternative based eye gel is that it is extremely gentle, even for the most sensitive skin. It has a cooling effect when applied, and quickly absorbs into the skin and disappears without leaving any sticky or greasy residue behind. Some benefits you may realize immediately, like a slight firming/tightening of the skin where applied, as well as smoother texture to the skin. Other benefits such as reduction of dark circles, bags, and fine lines and wrinkles will take much longer (3+ weeks). You're unlikely to get the best results that you would expect to get from a retinol-based eye gel/cream, but that is to be expected when using a product like this. However, given the target audience that this product/product line is being marketed towards (i.e. people with sensitive skin), retinol-based products wouldn't be a viable alternative to begin with.

Age Renewal Eye Cream

I recently started incorporating the Aveeno Calm + Restore Age Renewal Eye Gel into my daily face care routine. I apply the eye gel both in the morning and before bed to the under eye area to help improve the look of my under eyes.

The eye gel comes in a cute, petite, glass container that looks chic. The gel itself is white, but resembles more like a mixture of lotion and vaseline with regards to consistency and application, but the gel itself is not oily, greasy or sticky.

After washing my face, I apply a small dab under my eyes, patting gently until the is absorbed. The gel is absorbed instantly and leaves the under eyes feeling smooth and moisturized. It's quite gentle and light - you don't feel it once applied! The gel is gentle and creats a cooling effect, thanks to the colloid oatmeal and plant based retinol alternative formula. There was no irritation or redness at all.

After applying the gel for a while, I did notice improvement in the look of my undereye area. They appeared less dull, puffy and the skin more firm.

Great gentle eye gel

I've always had slightly darker skin around my eyes that makes me look like I haven't slept enough. But this eye gel got rid of those dark circles in just a few weeks! My skin looks smoother and feels hydrated. I also like that it's gentle enough for my sensitive skin. The consistency is great and my skin doesn't feel tacky after applying it!

Cooling gel

Loved this for under the eyes first thing in the morning after cleansing and serums. It has a cool feeling to it that wakes u up! Another thing is the texture very little is needed!!

A great eye cream

Absolutely love this product. Is a nice creamy gel that applies smoothly and blends in well. I love that it makes me feel energized and doesnt try out at all

Using this for a week the gel doesn’t have that sticky feeling very light I use this 2 times a day still can’t give a very good review because I only have little time because I got this very late and didn’t wanna lose out other reviews

Depuis les 4 dernières semaines, j'utilise ce gel régénérant antiâge pour les yeux quotidiennement et je suis épatée par les résultats obtenus. Les cernes et les poches sous mes yeux ont diminué considérablement. De plus, ayant une peau sensible, j'ai souvent des rougeurs en utilisant ce genre de produit ou encore des larmoiements. Pour mon plus grand bonheur, ça n'a pas été le cas avec celui-ci. J'ai beaucoup apprécié également qu'il soit sans parfum. Au niveau de la texture, je trouve qu'il laisse un résidu un peu collant ce que j'ai un peu moins apprécié mais si j'oublie cet aspect, je lui donnerais une note de 5 étoiles. Je recommande ce produit sans aucune hésitation!
