Great drugstore eye cream!

I’ve always looking for premium drugstore products and this eye cream will definitely be added to my rotation! The formula is light and I love the gel texture, and I didn’t find myself missing a thicker cream which was surprising, especially in the midst of winter. This eye cream absorbed quickly and was great for my combination skin. I don’t suffer from fine lines at this stage in my life, but it did help with winter dullness without irritating my skin.

I was sent for free for my honest review from Butterly and Aveeno. I wanted to share my thoughts with you on this Eye Gel and Serum.
My thoughts on the Aveeno Calm + Restore Age Renewal Serum for Sensitive Skin: I found this serum to help reduce the look of my wrinkles and fine lines on my face and to just help my overall skin appearance. I did find it did not irritate my skin. I like that it was not scented so it didn’t give me headaches. My acne was pretty normal, so that was nice as well. This is a light feeling serum that sinks into the skin and works well with my face makeup well. My skin is more oily and acne prone, I am 40 and I do have wrinkles and fine lines making their appearance. This is Free of fragrance, paraben, phthalate, dye, and alcohol. It is hypoallergenic, non comedogenic, Dermatologist recommended and tested on sensitive skin. It contains Niacinamide and Cranberry Extract, a plant-based retinol alternative. Overtly, I will be buying this serum myself because I do feel it makes my skin look better.

Gentle and soothing eye gel

Thank you @thisisbutterly and @aveenoca for the opportunity to test and review Aveeno Calm + Restore Age Renewal Eye Gel for Sensitive Skin. This eye gel is fragrance-free and contains cranberry extract, a plant-based retinol alternative. It also contains niacinamide (vitamin b3) and avena sativa (oat) kernel flour. I dabbed and patted the gel onto the entire eye area, in the am and pm. I felt a slight warmth, followed by hydration and not dryness, like with so many other eye products. This eye gel is alcohol-free, so I found it soothing. I’m impressed at how gentle this product is, especially for the most delicate part of the face. After continued use, my eye area appeared smoother and brighter. Another go-to product from my trusted ally in skincare, Aveeno.

I use this fragrance-free anti-aging eye cream every morning during my skincare routine. I like the gel-like texture. I use a pea-size around each eye. It absorbs quite nicely without any greasy or sticky feeling. It’s very gentle and safe for sensitive skin. My skin feels moisturized all day long. I will continue to use to see the long-term results.

Aveeno calm + restore age renewal eye gel is an effective and gentle eye gel to calm your eyes and visibly improve the look of dark circles, puffiness and fine lines.
This fragrance-free eye gel is very soothing and gets absorbed into the skin pretty quickly with a cool effect. It takes away the tiredness of your eyes and relax them.
This gel contains a plant-based retinol which keeps the moisture barrier intact with collagen support making your eyes radiant and stress free.

Thick & Smooth, Wonderful Eye Cream

Texture of this eye cream is amazing. It is smoothing and very moisturizing.
I really really enjoyed this cream and will be adding it to my regular routine.
There is no scent to the cream which is also nice so it does not irritate my eyes.

Great for sensitive skin

I love this line so I was very excited to see these products! I'm trying to replace all of my face products with unscented versions did to my sensitive skin. This eye gel is very light and absorbs quickly.

Love the texture

Although I’ve maintained a fairly consistent skincare routine over the years, as I enter my mid-thirties I find myself thinking more about anti-aging. I like to use retinol at night, but I prefer alternatives during the day.

The @aveenoca Calm + Restore Age Renewal Serum and Eye Gel are formulated for sensitive skin and helps to visibly improve the look of fine lines and wrinkles. In fact, the start ingredients are cranberry, oat and Niacinamide, creating a trio of retinol alternatives.

I find these products to be quite absorbent and gentle. I particularly like that they are fragrance free! As always, I recommend using with an SPF during the day.
