The puffiness and the bags had went down and the texture and darkness around my eyes had improved tremendously. I was so very surprised that this product could do such wonders. The eye gel is very easy to put on as well as easy to rinse off. It obviously goes around your eyes and I had no issues with it burning or causing any reactions which was great.
