Fantastic Product!!

I was gifted this Aveeno® Calm + Restore Age Renewal Eye Gel and Age Renewal Serum from Aveeno, in exchange for my honest review

I used this adorable set made with two of my favorite things Oat & Cranberry, and it made a huge difference on my dark circles (courtesy of my kids) after two weeks, now after 4 weeks these products are a staple in my daily routine.

This product is actually fragrance free- something I find alot of products say they are even when there's lingering scents, and it's made for sensitive skin which made it gentle on my face.

Aveeno calm and restore serum , wow I absolutely love this serum it makes my shin glow, I notice a difference on my fine lines and wrinkles. It’s lightweight, it’s hydrates and revitalizes my skin. I will definitely be adding to my daily routine. Thank you #Butterly for providing this free product for me to try.

A nice daily serum

I think overall I prefer the standard Calm and Restore products from Aveenon over the Age Renewal ones. This kept my skin healthy during some harsh winter weather and provided a good base for my daily moisturizer.

Great serum

This serum has a beautiful light-weight texture that easily absorbs and leaves my skin feeling soft and hydrated. I love the retinol alternative of cranberry extract because it's a lot less irritating and this serum is very gentle on my skin. I've been using this for about a month and love how smooth my skin looks and feels and I've started to notice an improvement in the overall tone and texture of my skin. My skin looks brighter, and healthier and love that this serum doesn't cause any irritation.

aveeno calm and restore age renewal serum has made a noticle differnce in my skin. it is smoother, brighter and much less dry. my skin had no reaction to this product. it sent on smoothly and absorbed quickly.

I wish I had taken before and after pics!

I wish I had taken before and after pics because it is THAT good. My skin was in the middle of a purge from a retinol product I had tried. Anyone who has ever been through a purge knows how red, sensitive and inflamed your skin can become during that time and it feels like there is no end in sight. I had been slowly introducing that product to my skin and at the recommendation of my esthetitian I had been working up to using it 7 days a week.

When I received this Aveeno® Calm + Restore Age Renewal Serum from Butterly to try, it could not have been better timing. My skin was red and visibly upset. I used the serum at night on the first night and my skin was noticeably less red the next morning. The product states that it is so gentle that it can be used morning and night, so I did that. Not only did it significantly calm the redness, but my skin was noticibly softer and more hydrated after just a few uses.

I have since reintroduced the retinol I had been using, but I have not stopped using this serum as well. I use the stronger retintol at night and have been using this serum in the daytime. I just returned from a trip where I only took carry on, and had to leave some of my skin care behind at home. When I returned after 4 days and used this serum again, again I felt a noticible difference particularly in hydration the next morning.

TLDR; If you have sensitive skin and have struggled to use retinol products in the past because of it, this is the product for you!
I would certainly repurchase this when it runs out and would absolutely recommend it to a friend.

I love this serum!

I am so happy I got this as a free trial as it actually did what it says it would do :) my skin is a lot more smooth and healthy and supple looking. As I age it's harder to find good products. I think I may actually go buy more when it's all gone and it didn't upset my rosacea like a lot of other products can do. Thank you!

Good for sensitive skin

Aveeno® Calm + Restore Age Renewal Serum

Thank you to @aveenoca and @thisisbutterly for giving me this product for free so that I could supply my honest feedback after trying this product.
I tried this product for approximately four weeks writing this review.

This serum was very lightweight and fragrance free which I think makes it a great choice for anyone with sensitive skin or scent sensitivities. I did find its natural scent a bit like chicken though 😂

This serum contains cranberry extract, which apparently is a plant based alternative to retinol, which is pretty cool. However, I didn’t notice a visible reduction in wrinkles or fine lines. Of course, being an Aveeno product, it is packed with colloidal oatmeal. I did notice that my skin felt nice, smooth, comfortable and moisturized. There is absolutely zero discomfort, tingling, or redness using it.

It’s a nice product that I would use again for sure and I plan to finish using the bottle, but I’m not 100% sure I would buy it again over other products. However, it is a great choice for anyone with sensitive skin or scent sensitivities.

Feels amazing

I'm in love with this eye gel. It's lightweight formula glides on so smoothly, leaving this cooling feeling that instantly makes my eyes feel less puffy. I really noticed a huge difference in how moisturized my eye area is looking after using it for a few weeks.
