Replaces retinol

I have replaced my retinol with aveeno age renewal as this is plant based looking forward in continuing this as it did not make me red and did make my skin look and feel firmer. Improvement in overall dullness as well

Aveeno® Calm + Restore Age Renewal Serum , Unlike many other serums that seem to only rest on the skin's surface, this one seems like it penetrates deep into the skin, making it incredibly hydrating. When the product absorbs into your skin, no oily residue is left behind.
The serum is really good and effective for sensitive skin because it is formulated with gentle yet effective ingredients. I used the serum morning and night, and I felt a noticable difference in my complexion. My skin looks smooth and radiant. This serum has cranberry extract, which is a retinol alternative that helps to reduce fine lines and wrinkles.

Wow! My skin received a refresh

This watery serum is a gentle, nearly scentless (very faint oat/natural smell,) serum that packs a powerful punch. I’m glad they recommended trying for 4weeks before forming an opinion as the first 1.5 weeks my skin was a little angry, I’d wake up with several white heads each morning. The 2 week and on mark my skin has adjusted and it is truly such a nice retinol alternative, my skin is well hydrated, smooth, and overall this last week especially my skin has been more blemish free then ever. This works great under my makeup routine.

Must have for winter skin!!!

I received this product in exchange for a review and am so thankful I was able to try it! I usually have such flakey, dry and irritated skin in the winter, but noticed this product helped to keep my skin hydrated and calm even in the driest and coldest winter I’ve seen in years. This serum helped my skin feel moisturized and left me with an even texture and reduced redness with every use. I will definitely add this product to my winter skin routine!

I was sent for free for my honest review from Butterly and Aveeno. I wanted to share my thoughts with you on this Eye Gel. This Age Renewal Eye Gel is a gel like texture and I found a little goes a long way! It is supposed to improve the look of wrinkles, puffiness, and dark circles and I do see improvements in those things with my eyes. This is hypoallergenic, non-comedogenic, dermatologist recommended and tested on sensitive skin. This has Cranberry extract, which is a plant-based retinol alternative and also has oats. This is free of fragrance, paraben, phthalate, dye, and alcohol. I find my eyes can be sensitive especially and this did not make my eyes water, become itchy or burn and I really love that. Overall I do notice a difference in my under eye area and I will purchase this when I use it up!

Glowing, brighter, smoother skin

Thank you @thisisbutterly and @aveenoca for the opportunity to test and review Aveeno Calm + Restore Age Renewal Serum for Sensitive Skin. This serum is fragrance-free and contains cranberry extract, a plant-based retinol alternative. It also contains niacinamide (vitamin b3) and avena sativa (oat) kernel flour. I applied a dime-size amount of serum to my face, morning and evening. It has a very light, easily absorbed texture. The pump dispenser is very convenient. In the morning, once I applied my foundation on top of the serum, I had trouble blending my foundation and once it dried, I felt a heavy feeling on my skin. I think I should have moisturized after the serum and before foundation, but I tend to avoid applying too many layers. I did, however, immediately see that my skin was glowing and with continued use, I saw that my skin looked and felt smoother. This product is very gentle and soothing, just like every other Aveeno product I’ve tried and it’s one of my go-to trusted brands. There’s something about oat that agrees with my skin.

Used morning and night, I really liked how light and non greasy it felt. One pump is more than enough and absorbs easily.
I did not notice any visible difference compared to before I started using the serum. However I will buy again mainly because I really liked the texture of the serum; and how nicely it nourished my skin
