Lightweight and cooling sensation

As someone with aging, sensitive skin, finding skincare products that deliver effective results without causing irritation can be a challenging. Fortunately, I recently had the opportunity to try out the Aveeno Calm and Restore Age Renewal Serum, free from @Butterly in return for my honest review. Here is my experience.
I was impressed by the serum's lightweight textures that absorbed effortlessly into my skin, leaving behind a soothing sensation without any greasiness or residue.

so amazing

This is so amazing for dry skin, especially if you have a compromised skin barrier. It is perfect that there is also no scent to it. It has visibly plumped up the skin around my eyes, adding a dewiness that reduces the dark appearance, and reduced how crepey the skin is too.

Somewhat Effective?

The cream was a great texture, not too greasy. I'm not certain it made any changes it claims to do, however, this is my personal experience and it may work better for someone else. Did not notice any difference in fine lines or wrinkles.

I love all things Aveeno

Aveeno is one of my favourite brands on the market. The first thing I noticed with this product is the packaging. It is very appealing to the eye and easy to find in store. My face is dry and even more so in the winter months and that makes it tired looking. I find that Aveeno® Calm + Restore Age Renewal Serum made my face look much more awake and fresh after just one week of using it. I love that it is fragrance free as well. I feel refreshed and my face feels smooth and looks great after each application. I would definitely buy this product again.

Great serum for reactive skin

I really enjoyed this serum. For starters it didn’t have a smell like a lot of serums, whether chemical or scented, it was delightfully neutral. Secondly, it wasn’t slimy feeling like some serums. It felt like a lighter cream but not as thick or heavy. It went on easily and didn’t feel tacky or sticky. With my regular day cream over top, it didn’t make my face greasy. I have reactive skin and I never know what will trigger it. I had just spent $$$ on a high end serum and it made me flare up, this did not! I was very relieved. It also applies evenly. I also found I didn’t have to use as much, a little went a long way. My skin feels nice and soft and fine lines already look better. I will say it doesn’t give the brightening look some other serums provide but it didn’t make my skin look dull or anything negative. I would definitely consider buying when I finish my sample. I also really love that it has alternatives to chemicals often found in serums. It’s really nice to see a company think outside the box.

This product is excellent for your skin. The feeling on your skin after using the serum was excellent. The scent and the feeling of your skin after you use this product are excellent. I recommend this product to anyone who loves face serum.

This serum goes on silky smooth, and leaves no gresy residue, although leaves my skin feeling very hydrated and plump! It has caused no pilling for me under other products - provided I I give it the few minutes to absorb! The serum feels calming, and cooling, and very refreshing on my skin. I have only used this for 5 days, so I cannot speak to the effects on fine lines and wrinkles, but the calming hydration alone would have me definitely re-purchasing this product and recommending to friends and family.
