A healing body wash

My family and me we have struggled with our dry skin problems, that it doesn’t matter what we apply, the skin always looks like dehydrated or if we have never use any product on them. We try to use gentle products to not damage it more. In this opportunity, I have used my husband as my Guinea pig with this product. Aveeno Calm + Restore body wash has been used for one week. During this time he can notice some improvement in his legs skin. Its flaked appearance is almost vanishing and stops bothered and itchy him. He can let one day pass without using moisturizer after the shower and the skin still looks healthy. He liked the fragrance free formula, it give it a sense he is not over using products. Also he likes the fact the body wash doesn’t lather a lot, it is so gentle that is easy to note if the skin is well rinsed or not. Definitely this product is a winner.

Leaves skin feeling clean and hydrated

This body wash lathers nicely and leaves skin feeling clean, but does not strip it of moisture and leaves skin feeling soft “like skin”. It also has a nice texture and no fragrance which is perfect for reactive skin which mine can be.

I love Aveeno, but this wasn't for me

I love Aveeno products, due to my sensitive skin. This body wash is gentle, with a mild smell. It uses natural ingredients, so it's good for those with sensitive or skin issues like eczema. It's transparent and easy to apply. It doesn't foam much however, which is not the biggest deal, but I do prefer foaming body products. I will probably stick to face Aveeno products, and leave the body one for now.

Not the best ive had

i do not know what i was expecting in a body wash, it didnt foam and last long on a lufa. i had high hopes for this product as the brand is one of my favorites. I do have to say what was washed felt clean and moisturized though.

Aveeno Calm + Restore Body Wash feels like a luxurious product, yet is affordable and easily available. I liked the fact that it lathered nicely without bubbles, which for me means it's not going to dry out my skin. Scent free is also appreciated, especially when my skin is feeling particularly sensitive. When I choose to wear scent I'm happy that my cleansing products won't interfere or clash.
