Aveno Calm & Restore

This moisturizer worked very well for my super dry winter skin. It absorbs very quickly and instantly soothed the itchy patches. The SPF is an added bonus! Makes the daily skincare routine quick and easy. I will definitely purchase this product in the future!

Tinted beauty protection!

I love this moisturizer with SPF component to it. Now that there’s more sun in our days ahead, this is a great product to keep in my purse. It’s small enough tube to carry around when I go outside. It’s a bit more oily than the other moisturizer but it’s still doesn’t feel too much on my skin. Love it!

Amazing holy grail SPF!

I typically use a serum, hydrator, moisterizer, SPF, primer and then my makeup but I am feeling like it's taking away too much of my time. With the aveeno daily moisterizer, I literally cut down on all these steps. I experimented a lot, and i find this works best on it's own without other skincare and primers. It did pill when combined with certain primers but this also could be due to my eye cream or not waiting long enough between steps. I LOVE this product on its own or under makeup with no primer. It is a fast absorption product. It has a beautiful glowy tint to it and acts as both a moisterizer and a primer. Plus it has an SPF. There is no waiting required between applying this and then your makeup. When worn on its own, it provides a small amount of coverage which is nice for the hotter weather. It's a major time saver too! I don't like it as a nighttime product as I like to do a full on skincare routine and a Heavy duty moisterizer/sleep mask, but for the daytime I love this.

The packaging is great too! Nice lightweight and slim bottle, doesnt take up too much room or leak and although these packages can be challenging to get the last drop out of, it's a small price to pay since it's way more hygenic than dipping your fingers into a pot. I've purchased this for my daughter husband mother and father now too. They all love it. It's quite literally at least a 4 in 1 product. I love the tint and the smoothing, I love the quick absorption, I love the non greasiness, I love the weightless/non drying/non clogging feel and I LOVE how much time and steps it saves in my morning routine! And my time is valuable, so this in my eyes, is a holy grail! Love love love.

Product seems good, but the feeling is not

I need a good spf after entering my 30s and neglecting it most of my 20s. This product seems like it would provide good coverage from the sun, and it smells lovely. The problem for me, is I don't like how it feels on my skin. The fact that it is a mineral Sunscreen makes it heavier in my opinion, and it feels thick and gunky on my face. If you're used to heavier sunscreens or face creams, you could give this one a try. The price is great and the packaging is sturdy so it is easily portable in your purse or beach bag. The ingredients did not irritate my skin at all, which was great. It did continue to feel thick and sticky while wearing it, so it would likely not work well as a primer with foundation products. Sadly I wouldn't purchase this one again.

Adding it to my face care lineup

I love Aveeno products and have recently been loving the Calm + Restore line. I usually use a separate sunscreen (Aveeno of course), but sometimes it's nice to have an all in one. This is perfect for that. It feels a bit odd putting it on at first as it's thick and the colour seems odd as well, but it blends so evenly that you wouldn't even know. It also helped, along with other Calm + Restore products, to really reduce the redness of a recent psoriasis flare up on my face. Will be adding this produce into my routine.

One Cream Does It All!

Finally a product has been developed that has all the things I am looking for in one cream. It leaves my skin incredibly soft and smooth without a greasy feeling and doesn't clog my pores. I have a sensitivity to parabens so am so happy to learn this cream is paraben free! I like that I don't need to apply sunscreen on top of my Moisturizer. Using this product saves me that additional step as well as saving me money not having to buy sunscreen separately.

Amazing Lightweight Moisturizer

Absolutely loved the Aveeno Calm + Restore Daily Moisturizer with Mineral SPF 30! I really liked that it was lightweight and blended well with my skin tone with it having a slight tint its always a worry that it matches my skin tone and it did perfectly! I liked that it was not heavy or greasy to! I will definitely be using this as part of my daily routine. I live in a dry province in the winters and it was nice to try a moisturizer that hydrated my skin!

Works great!!!

I received this as a sample to try. It is a bit tinted but blends into your skin nicely. It does feel a bit sticky once it’s in but that goes away. My skin is very sensitive to the sun and I used this when we went to Cuba. It worked great and I would highly recommend it.
