Holygrail SPF moisturizer

I love this aveeno moisturizer packed with amazing ingredients not only moisturizing & evens out my skin but only prevents my skin from harmful UV rays. Its packed with oatmeal and glides on my skin keeps it hydrating also adding a subtle glow. Its hard to blend as the consistency is thick. I love aveeno brand and they always have great products so highly recommend

Great cream

I liked this cream a lot. It was gentle and wasn’t to strong of a smell. Loved that it has spf in it. It absorbs fairly quickly and applies easily. It isn’t strong of a smell which is nice

Ashy cast! :(

This lightweight SPF moisturizer is advertised to be gentle on sensitive skin, is developed to blend into all skin tones, and supposedly provides all day moisture. It contains 100% mineral actives for broad spectrum UVA/UVB protection.

I applied less than the usual “3 finger method” in the event I end up with a white cast and I’m so glad I did. A small amount of SPF gave my olive skin tone an ashy cast. I tried to fix my face with some powder foundation and ended up with flaky skin. I somehow saved my skin from looking dry and ashy by spraying a very hydrating serum to blend in my powder foundation. Throughout the day, I felt like my eyes were starting to get itchy. When I was washing my face at the end of the day, my eyes got even more itchy and irritated.

Safe to say, this was not a hit for me. I will have to rehome this SPF or perhaps use it on my body instead.

Moisturizes without irritating, PLUS SPF 30!

I absolutely love this product. I have dry, sensitive skin and the Aveeno Calm + Restore Daily Moisturizer with Mineral SPF 30 is a game changer for me. It doesn't irritate my skin at all and it has the bonus of UVA/UVB protection. I also have very fair skin, and it blends in really well. I love that it's fragrance free and won't clog pores or cause breakouts. Truly a must have!

Soothing

Vernon calm and restore was exactly what the company said it was. Soft and creamy texture. Evens out skin tone, absorbs beautifully without any greasy residue left behind. Lovely on the skin.

Great sunscreen

I highly recommend this sunscreen. It is a lightly moisturizing sunscreen that does not leave any white film on the skin. I also like that the price point is decent and the product is very affordable.

Great as a stand alone product

I liked the fact that it's both a moisturizer and an SPF. However, when applying it after my beauty routine, I notice that it pills on my face. For me, it is only effective if used without any prior products on my face.

It never fully dries or absorbs into skin

Thanks to Butterly I got to try this Aveeno daily moisturizer spf 30 for free in exchange for my honest review. This product is more of a sunscreen than a moisturizer to me. Also, it is slightly tinted which is important to mention because it doesn't say that anywhere on the box. I am very pale and when I first apply it there is a slight white cast but that goes away as I blend it out. However, I let my mom who is very tan try it and it left a noticeable white cast on her. I like the sleek tube it comes in and I also like the fact that it doesn't smell like a sunscreen. It just has a very neutral scent. What ruins it for me is the fact that no matter how long you wait it never feels like it fully dries or absorbs into the skin. It is always slightly sticky.

Very hydrating

This product caused no face burning and
Looks great under makeup and doesn’t make you shiny. my skin well protected from dryness and sun,does not contain any harsh smells
