No white film and doesn't smell like sunscreen

At first glance, I thought this was going to be a great everyday sunscreen, there was no white film that often comes with an SPF and it didn't have the chemical SPF smell to it. However, it left my face feeling sticky and spots of redness on my cheeks afterwards. I don't typically have sensitive skin towards SPF products, so unsure where that reaction came from. I think for someone with a darker complexion and also those sensitive to smells, this would be perfect for them.

Soft and smooth leaves skin moisturized

I really enjoyed using this product. Any time I can have two products in one is amazing. SPF and moisturizer is a time saver. It provided good coverage and didn’t leave my skin feeling oily. I felt confident knowing my skin was protected with SPF

Good daily moisturizer

The moisturizer is lightweight and not sticky which I look for in a moisturizer. Most of the moisturizer I used in the past are a bit tacky which I don’t like. I find that this product doesn’t irritate my skin (I have dry skin)

Did not live up to my expectations

I was really excited to try this product. I love Aveeno in general. But it didn't leave my face feeling soft and moisturized. It went on my skin like a thick, pasty sunscreen. I like that it was tinted to even out skin tone. But I really wish that it felt more like a moisturizer. I would consider using it on a day when I planned to be in the sun and would use sunscreen. But not as an every day moisturizer.

Great light feeling

This product is great. It went on leaving my skin feeling light. Some moisturizers I have used in the past leave a heavy greasy feeling on my skin. This one I would by again as I didn’t even feel like I was wearing it. I like products that feel light on my skin and this one will be a must have to add to my daily skin routine

Goes in smoothly, doesn't leave a mark and hydrate

I received this product in exchange for my honest review. I generally buy mineral sunscreens as chemical sunscreens allow UV light. The general problem I find is that they do not always blend in well leaving a white cast on my skin (since they sit on top of skin unlike chemical sunscreens) and they can feel a bit chalky. This wasn't the case with this product. It "absorbed" easily, felt lightweight on my skin and did not leave any white marks. See photo - you can't see any of the normal white traces other mineral sunscreens leave.

Mineral sunscreens tend to be more expensive and while Aveeno is likely to be higher then the average like blue lizard brand, after using it for the last week I think it's definitely worth it. I also have combination skin and found that this did not make my face only oilier then usual in my t-zone and it kept my drier areas around my cheeks hydrated.

Would definitely purchase again!

Great daily moisturizer!

I have always been a fan of Aveeno products and the Aveeno Calm+Restore daily moisturizer with spc 30 does not disappoint. I have been using it daily for the past two weeks and have noticed a notable difference in the way my skin feels. It is definitely softer, clearer and always moisturized. The application process is easy. It is lightweight and blends into the skin quickly, absorbing without leaving a cloying feeling. It has no scent which I prefer. I also love the fact that It contains mineral spc. It has not reacted with my sensitive skin and overall it is a good choice !

This is what I was looking for

I’ve been looking for a product like this . It’s hydrating and makes my faces feel smooth and soft. And my makeup can go over it nicely . It doesn’t go white and or cakey either . This is the perfect spf !
