Not what I expected

I put this on my face and neck and broke out terribly. Left oily residue on my skin, smelt a little old ladish. I did get this product free from butterfly

The product was great but didn’t work for me because it left my face white when I applied it but fortunately worked great for my mom because she was more on the lighter side and I’m a bit more dark

Just Meh

Didn't like it. It was the wrong shade, didn't blend well and was sticky. I wouldn't recommend it and I wouldn't purchase it for myself. Thank you for sending but, nope.

Not as expected

After reading a few reviews and having to agree with others is that this leaves a tacky feel after application and not hasn’t really helped with the redness of sensitive skin (everyone is different) I also wished that it came with a higher SPF as this SPF30 is not high enough to protect for UV rays.

Works to some extent

I received Aveeno Calm + Restore Daily Face Moisturizer Mineral SPF 30 for free from Butterly in exchange for my honest review. I used this product twice a day for about two weeks. Some of the things I liked about this moisturizer was that not only was it fragrance free, but also slightly tinted. In addition, it blended into my face well and felt lightweight and non greasy. However, unfortunately I found it to be more drying than hydrating. That being said, I don’t think I would use this product again.

Didn’t Pair with Skin

I was quite excited to try this, have had a great experience so far with aveeno products. This just didn’t pair with my skin well. Where I am we are in the dead of winter so I am definitely taking that into account but despite extra moisturizer to keep my skin from drying out when applying this it brought all my dead skin cells out and smeared across my face and I felt it didn’t blend well at all and left my looking ghostly and paler than normal. I did give this a second try with a different routine of products to pair with and ended with the same result unfortunately. Wanted to love it, didn’t work for my skin.

Great if your light skin

The consistency is lovely, however because the product is white I found it left a white cast over my face.
For this reason I would not purchase it myself.

Initially, I loved the texture—it felt like a dream. But here's the tea: it never fully absorbed into my skin and left me feeling greasy, which isn't my vibe at all. 🌿 However, just because it didn't work for me doesn't mean it won't for you!

Terrible white cast

I tried Aveeno moisturizer with SPF .I am a brown skin girlie with medium to fair tone. It leaves a terrible white cast and it's super hard to blend in . IDK may it's good on fair skin....but it's white and dry on brown skin . I personally love Aveeno products...but this one is a miss

beware of white cast!

This did provide moisture and felt very soothing on my face although I found the consistency of this cream quite thick - almost paste-like- and harder to blend into skin. However, the biggest issue here is the huge white/grey cast this produces on people with darker skin - I'm assuming this is due to the zinc? - which makes this unwearable for me unless I plan on wearing makeup that day. I did appreciate the fact that it hydrated my skin while still leaving it matte instead of "greasy".
