Moisturizing but serious whitecast

The product was moisturizing and definitely seemed to provide sun protection. However, I have a tan skin tone and the white cast was extremely noticeable!

Okay, but nothing special

It’s okay, I treat it as a sunscreen. A bit of whitecast, and I dont notice any of the “skin tone improvement” qualities as advertised. As a beauty product there are others on the market that are cheaper and more effective, so in comparison, I wouldn’t go out of my way to buy it

This is great

This is lightweight and honestly best moisturizer I have tried, doesn't make skin oily like other brands. It work great and match my skin tone! It's a must buy!!!

Nice but leaves a film

I do like the product but it seems to have a film that lasts for hours after application. I would recommend it if you want a moisturizer with spf protection.

Pass

I love Aveeno products but for the first time I have to say it was a miss. My skin did not absorb the product well so I was just left with white cast all over my face to the point where someone pointed it out. I know it’s because of the Mineral SPF but unfortunately with having a more tan complexion it’s way too noticeable.

Aveeno - Mixed Feelings

I usually love Aveeno but this particular product while calming was a bit too powdery white and sticky on my face than I prefer. While I had no negative effects when using it I also did not enjoy the texture or look of it on my skin.

Wasn't what I expected

I was hoping for a more creamy texture but it has more of a liquid texture that didn't seem to do much for my skin. It didn't blend in evenly on my darker skin tone.

OK product for sun protection

Aveeno Calm + Restore Daily Moisturizer with Mineral SPF 30 is a decent option. The tint provides subtle coverage with minimal white cast, but the faint scent isn't my favourite. It is non-greasy and not too runny. It doesn't visibly even out my skin tone. (Butterly offered this product for my honest review.)

Very Heavy

I tried my free product and was quite disappointed. The moisturizer is thick and heavy. It comes out a quite dark colour that is supposed to blend in to every skin tone but it just seemed to sit on top of my skin. It did not feel light and there is no way I would put foundation over this. It is probably good as a sunscreen but it is advertised as a moisturizer which it did not feel like at all. I felt like my pore were clogged and in fact after three days of use I got a pimple which I never get. I would not recommend or purchase myself.

Aveeno calm + restore

I thought I would love this product but it’s really sticky and doesn’t at all feel moisturizing. I can say that it leaves an even skin tone finish just super sticky which I didn’t like.
