Effective and Reliant

As a long standing consumer of Aveeno products, I was pleased to try their new formula. Surprising at first due to the tint of the lotion but ultimately it absorbs quickly and does not leave a shiny residue. I would try this again!

Aveeno Delivers Sun Protection and Moisture!

I’ve been using Aveeno Calm and Restore daily moisturizer with SPF 30 for about a week, in place of my usual product. Overall, I can say it seems to do what it claims to do! I haven't had any breakouts, and my complexion seems even and quite well hydrated. For me, a daily SPF product is a must, and as you may have noticed, those products can be heavy, chalky and difficult to spread. This one spreads quite evenly, and as you can see in my photos, also absorbs quite evenly and doesn’t leave much residue. It DOES have a slight tint, a very light one, so I can’t guarantee this will work for every skin tone. I would like this product even better if it were completely untinted.

So what else can I say about it? It’s a little heavier than what I would normally use, but at the same time, surprisingly light and easy to apply for a mineral based product. It’s gentle on skin, containing oat and something called feverfew, which, when I looked it up, apparently increases our skin’s antioxidant ability. It doesn’t have any added artificial fragrance, another bonus, I only detect a slight oatmeal scent, which makes sense given the ingredients.

I feel comfortable recommending this product to anyone wanting a mineral based SPF product that also has moisturizing capabilities. One of the best things you can do for your face is keep it protected from sun damage, if you haven’t been doing so, get on it now!

Will it replace my regular product of choice? Probably not, solely for the reason that I prefer a product that has no tint. Otherwise, Aveeno has delivered a product that seems well worth the investment.

Great product

The texture is amazing and it didn't clog my pores like similar products do. It absorbs quickly and doesn't feel heavy. Great under makeup or alone. Will definitely use this product again!

J'ai eu la chance de tester ce beau produit, une crème hydratante avec un FPS 30. Premièrement les bons points. :emballage est beau et donne envie d'utiliser la crème. La crème est facile d'application parce qu'elle est très fluide sans l'être trop. J'ai aussi beaucoup aimé le fait qu'elle ait une légère teinte ce qui fait qu'une fois appliquée, il ne reste pas de trace blanche sur le visage comme peuvent laisser d'autres produit FPS minérale. La crème hydrate bien ma peau et ma peau sensible n'a pas réagie négativement au produit. Mon seul petit bémole et il est vraiment mineur c'est que ma peau est restée un peu collante après l'application. Par contre c'était vraiment moins intense que d'autre produit du même type. Mon verdicte, c'est la crème hydratante avec FPS minéral que j'ai préférée à vie :) assez pour penser en racheter!

Aveeno Calm Moisturizer with 30 SPF

At 55 years of age, I have been trying to find a skin care moisturizer with SPF, that is light, simple and good (clean) ingredients ! It was fortunate that I received this product free of charge to try as I have spent a lot of money trying different products!
Aveeno is a brand that I have purchased many times for body products for myself and kids! This moisturizer has a slight smell, but not over powering! It is very light and spread easily on my face and hands with no residue. It has a light tint, which is the only thing I didn’t like! I found it made my face looking slightly pale. It absorbed well and I liked the look and feel on my hands. The price, ingredients, packaging are reasons why I would/ will buy and recommend for all ages to use!

Love it

It goes on smooth and makes my face so soft! I love how it feels and doesn’t leave my face tacky and it’s extremely soothing. Especially good for the dry weather.

Matifying and soft.

I don't really have a sensitive skin, but I feel that my skin benefited from this cream. it became softer and most of all it had a matifying effect and it was absorbed quickly. I like that it has enough SPF for everyday use.

Very lightweight and non greasy

Great natural moisturizer

I love that aveeno is going natural and adding the spf to there moisturizer. With my skin color and genetics I always use sunscreen. I like the pkging of the product and I am sure this product will be very well liked amongst customers

Nice product, but a quite tacky.

I really wanted to like this product, but it left my skin feeling tacky. It does blend well and evens out my skin tone slightly. I have fairer skin, so any white cast isn't an issue. It also moisturizes well and doesnt irritate my skin. I really like that it contains sun protection.
