Nice product, was good to try

This is a very nice moisturizer and spf face cream. The texture and staying ability is really good. My only concern with it is that I prefer to have a higher SPF content in my face cream, 55 or higher.

Too thick

I received the Aveeno® Calm + Restore Daily Moisturizer with Mineral SPF for free from Butterly to try it out.

I have to say, I wasn’t a fan. I found it too thick to be used as a daily cream under my make up. I took a fair amount of rubbing into my skin for the white colour of the cream to disappear. I also found my skin getting somewhat greasy midday, which it doesn’t normally with other creams.

That being said, once it was on, I could see myself using it on a no makeup day if I was working out in the yard thanks to the sunscreen. It didn’t cause any reaction at all to my eyes, which sometimes happens with other sunscreens on my face.

Amazing moisturizer and sunscreen

This moisturizer is amazing. I have a wheatish complexion, and I find that it does not leave a white cast. It does not hurt my eyes like many other sunscreens do. It keeps the skin well moisturized and includes SPF!

I have acne scars so it’s very important for me to use the sunscreen that I can use just like a moisturizer without irritating my skin. And I find that it has made a huge difference to my acne scars as well. I would definitely buy again!

Great Product

Got this product for free. Great product as one would expect from Aveeno. Evens my skin out. Also the moisturizer gets absorbed completely and quickly and it has the sunscreen too which is another advantage

Very thick

I was very excited to try this face cream and hoped this would be the one. However , I found as a face cream it was very thick and needed to use more than expected. Also after faithfully trying it for weeks, I found it dried out my skin.

Gentle moisturizer

Morning moisturizer with SPF is a regular part of my routine so I was happy to try this one! I've been using it now daily for the last couple weeks and my skin has been feeling nice and hydrated. It does not leave a greasy or sticky feeling afterwards and spreads smoothly - not a ton of product is needed either. It's somewhat of a beige colour so unlike some creams with SPF and sunscreen that are white, it doesn't make you look pale or leave a white residue. No scent and gentle on the skin!

Aveeno is a brand I'm familiar with (I use their body wash currently as well!) and I know that I can trust them as dermatologist approved and ensuring products like this moisturizer are free of parabens, alcohol, dyes, etc. I'll likely look for it on the shelves next time I need a daily moisturizer!

Lightweight and Flawless

A great product that was easy to apply, didn’t irritate my eyes or skin, and didn’t leave a white cast! Super light and was a flawless base for my makeup

Lightweight sunscreen for the face

I found this to be a lightweight sunscreen option for my face. I don't like to add anything that will make my face more oily so this was a nice option and will give me good sun protection now that we are entering the springtime weather.

Amazing light weight spf

This is absolutely amazing, it spreads nicely and i find it makes my redness in my skin go away without white cast! Smells good too not the typical sunscreen smell!

Exceptional product

This is a high quality product at a great price point! I have sensitive skin and live in a cold climate but do winter vacations in the Caribbean. This manages to do a great job for my skin in either climate. Easy to apply , provides excellent protection and no reactions to ingredients. My skin enjoyed both sun protection as well as moisture in a easy to apply product. A bit thicker than I thought it would be but spreads smoothly and evenly.
