Caused breakouts

I used this for well over a week and unfortunately experienced an atypical breakout. After several days of stopping the product, the breakout cleared up. I believe the culprit could have been the Zinc, which is a shame, as I think my fair skin could benefit from this kind of SPF. It also felt a bit tacky while putting on, and I could see how it might leave a white tint/film on someone who has a different skin tone to me. What I did like, though, is that it was quite matte and didn't feel greasy or look shiny.

Awesome!

I had been looking for a mineral SPF but found they didn't blend well into my skin. I found this to blend nicely in without leaving a cast! I also enjoyed it as a non-comedogenic moisturizer too, that didn't leave me feeling greasy.

Really light moisturizer

I really like this moisturizer because it’s not too heavy or oily feeling. It goes on light and makes your skin feel moisturized and clean. I would definitely recommend this one and will continue to use it.

Wanted to love, but…

I received a complimentary bottle of Aveeno Calm and Restore Daily Moisturizer with SPF 30 in exchange for my honest review. Although I really wanted to love it, as I am a fan of Aveeno’s gentle products, this turned out to be a miss for me.

First of all, I have extremely dry skin and did not find this product to be moisturizing at all. I found it difficult to rub in, and it left a noticeable white cast on my fair but rosy toned skin. In addition, the mineral components accentuated every dry flake and rough patch. It also left a long lasting sticky residue on my face.

As a sunscreen it worked well, protecting my sensitive skin from sunburn without any irritation. In fact, I will continue to use it as a sunscreen around my eyes as it is one of the very few sunscreens that do not make my eyes red and weepy. In my opinion it would have been better marketed as a gentle, non-irritating mineral sunscreen.

Doesn’t leave skin sticky!

I love that it doesn’t leave a sticky feeling on the skin and provides moisture and spf at the same time! I wish I got one shade darker as it is a bit light on me

Leaves a white film + makes the skin dry

This is a product that I will definitely not buy because it leaves a white film on the skin and makes it so dry, even if you try to put make UP on it the result is caky

Smooth application

This moisturizer with 30SPF is great for sunny days. It is basically unscented with no strong fragrances. Consistency is light and creamy, and it applies smoothly and absorbs well. It leaves a slightly tacky feeling but leaves my skin looks dewy. This is great for those with sensitive skin as it contains oats which have a calming and anti-itch effect. Active ingredients are titanium dioxide and zinc oxide. Overall, this is a great product and I would purchase this again.

A nice lightweight moisturizer

I enjoyed trying this lightweight daily moisturizer from Aveeno - a huge plus is that it includes SPF 30. I like that is is gentle for sensitive skin and did not cause any skin irritations.

Non Greasy Moisturizer

I really like this face cream especially since it has SPF 30 and I know that my skin will be protected while outside enjoying the fresh air and sunshine!

Love the tint

Love to use this moisturizer for a quick everyday use.. its perfect when you don't feel like wearing heavy makeup but also want a slight tint on the face. Go for it definitely!
