Aveeno Calm & Restore Moisturizer with Mineral SPF

I adore the Aveeno calm & restore line so when I received the email that I was selected to test and review their new moisturizer with mineral SPF I was so excited! (I received this product free from Butterly and Aveeno in exchange for my honest review.) This SPF moisturizer is gentle and lightweight on my mature somewhat sensitive skin. It provides all-day moisture and contains 100% mineral actives for broad spectrum UVA/UVB protection. The formula is nourishing and contains pure Colloidal Oatmeal and Feverfew for soothing your skin and leaving it feeling softer and smoother. I am a Fitzpatrick III and there is minimal to no cast. LOVE this addition to the line!

I liked that it was lightweight and non-greasy.

The only thing I didn't like was that I wished it blends a little better with my skin tone.

Great Product!

I really liked this cream. I used it every morning and sometimes reapplied after lunch.
If I was going out and was applying makeup, I found I had to wait at least 30 minutes between this cream, and my makeup primer, or it would blotch. Other than that, LOVED IT!!!!! THANKS

Glowy skin is in

This moisturizer was wonderful it made my skin glow and felt very light. While other sun protection moisturizers feel so heavy this one didn't at all. I would use it everyday just because of how healthy it made my skin look. No breakouts either.

Great moisturizing with added protection

I recieved the Aveeno Calm + Restore Daily Moisturizer with Mineral SPF 30 for free in exchange for my honest review from @thisisbutterly.
I’m a huge Aveeno product lover, so I was very excited to try this out! It has beautiful packaging, the product itself is very silky feeling and absorbs really great on the skin. I noticed after a few days my skin was noticeably softer. I love that it has the added SPF 30 in it! My go-to moisturizer recently changed my favourite daily moisturizer and took out the SPF 30 that was in it, making me very disappointed, so I was very hopeful to make a change to this! My only negative with this… it made my face feel slightly residue feeling. I felt like I had sunscreen on, which I didn’t love. As a busy mom of two young ones, I tent not to wear makeup a lot of busy weekdays. So with just using moisturizer in the morning after a shower, I don’t love feeling like it isn’t fully absorbed and lightweight on my skin. I do love this product a lot! I just wish it left a more lightweight feel on my skin.

Sensitive skin approved

The great is lightweight and not greasy. The best part about the cream is that is also 30 spf. I used this cream on my vacation and my face did not breakout and was not greasy. The cream is as kid reasonably priced and provides positive results.

Show stopper for sensitive skin!

I have rosacea so my doctor always puts forth that I need a sunscreen and moisturizer that won’t clog my pores. Love that this is able to blend into my skin and it is hypoallergenic, non-comedogenic which is magic! It does not feel greasy and I like to start my day with a lighter layer after cleansing then re-apply before bed. I do like the modern packaging. I think my skin has improved and I hope the longer I use it that I’ll be able to see even more improvement to my skin tone.

I have been using this Aveeno® Calm + Restore Daily Face Moisturizer Mineral SPF 30 daily now for the past week and I am amazed how much I like it. It goes on so smoothly while absorbing quickly leaving my skin feeling soft and hydrated. I like that it is unscented. I found that it provides some extra moisture to my skin which is definitely welcomed this time of year. It is lightly tinted and seems to magically blend right in with my skin tone. Overall, great product

Works to some extent

I received Aveeno Calm + Restore Daily Face Moisturizer Mineral SPF 30 for free from Butterly in exchange for my honest review. I used this product twice a day for about two weeks. Some of the things I liked about this moisturizer was that not only was it fragrance free, but also slightly tinted. In addition, it blended into my face well and felt lightweight and non greasy. However, unfortunately I found it to be more drying than hydrating. That being said, I don’t think I would use this product again.

Affordable moisturizer with SPF for daily use!!

I really enjoyed this moisturizer with SPF since it was truly lightweight, hydrating, and fully blended into my skin as advertised. It had cute packaging which was also recycled which is also a bonus. I also enjoyed the light pleasant natural scent which was not over powering.

I definitely recommend adding this affordable product into your routine to both moisturize and protect your face from the sun daily!
