Light as a Feather

I've tried Aveeno products in the past, but I hadn't tried this one until I received it here through Butterly; I've always had good experiences with Aveeno, and this is no exception - it's amazing, in my opinion. Why? Well, it's super-lightweight, just like it says it is, plus it absorbs quickly, without leaving any greasy feeling behind. It doesn't leave any feeling behind, actually, except nice soft skin; it just absorbs right into my skin. I really like that, and it wil be especially great in summer, when I want to moisterize my skin, but don't want anything that leaves me feeling greasy or sticky in the summer heat.
It truly has no scent. Like, none. A lot of unscented products, I find, do actually have a scent, and not as especially pleasant one - one that smells a bit clinical, and medicinal. But this really has no scent.
This is a great moisterizer for sensitive skin, but, really, anyone would benefit from it.
Even if you don't have sensitive skin, it's nice to have a fragrance-free moisterizer, so that it doesn't compete with the scent from your perfume - this would be perfect for that.
I really like the texture - the gel formula is great.
Weather you have sensitive skin or not, this is a good moisterizer to have, and, as usual, Aveen products do not disappoint.

Nice but doesn't smell good

Overall it's nice. Feels good on the skin. Does not irritate.
The only downside is the strange smell that I can not tolerate. I have not smelled something like that before. It's not terrible but certainly not desirable for me.

Very calming for irritated skin

This product is great for dry irritated skin. It adds deep moisturizer that lasts all day. The skin feels supple and hydrated. Love that the product is great for sensitive skin.

Aveeno Calm + Restore Daily Gel Moisturizer

I received this Aveeno Calm + Restore Daily Gel Moisturizer for free for product review and testing. It is a lightweight gel for sensitive and dry skin. It contains prebiotic oat, aloe, and Pro-Vitamin B5 to moisturize and to help heal dry skin. It is fragrance free and doesn't feel greasy at all. When I apply it to my skin, it spreads easily and it feels like adding a splash of water into your skin. The gel formula is more lightweight than the Aveeno daily moisturizing lotion. It is a fantastic lightweight product for daily use for most days. When I want a heavier moisturizer (for example winter snowy days), I would use the Aveeno Eczema Care Daily moisturizing cream. The bottle is made with 30% post consumer recycled plastic, also the pump dispenses the gel moisturizer nicely. Another happy product from Aveeno!

A game changer for dry skin!!

I recently had the pleasure of trying out Aveeno's Calm + Restore Daily Gel Moisturizer, and it has truly impressed me in every way. It is a total game-changer! The gel texture makes it super easy to smooth on post-shower, and it sinks into your skin like a dream while still keeping it moisturized all day. And it’s unscented so it doesn’t irritate my sensitive skin!

Now, I received this for free in exchange for my honest thoughts, but let me tell you, it’s a must have for dry skin. A little goes a long way, so even though I use it every day, I can already tell this bottle is going to last me a good while. And once I finally hit the bottom, I'm definitely grabbing another one without a second thought.

C'est parfait

Parfait pour ma peau qui rougit et démangent souvent aux mains, bras, cheville et pieds et ça me soulage rapidement et ne laisse pas de résidus gras. Ne tache pas les vêtements.

So soothing after waxing

This lotion is great. It’s gel like consistency is the perfect thing to soothe my armpits after I wax them and they’re sensitive. And I like how it dries fairly quickly on my body and feels less greasy than other lotions so I can get dressed sooner

Love the gell!!!

Its a little strange to have aveeno as a gel but I think im in love, what a awesome product! Its odorless and has more of a watery base but is still thick like cream. I used it after a day in the sun and my skin was burnt, even with sunscreen and it soothed it immediately, I applied it over and over with no build up or greasyness. I love it! Its not tacky like you think a gell would be... I hope they make the same for the face im in! I received this product for free as a tester. Flutterby #freeproduct

Excellent gel moisturizer for sensitive skin

I was recently chosen, received for free to test and give my honest opinion about Aveeno's Calm+Restore daily gel moisturizing, for sensitive and dry skin.


As a fan and consumer of several of the brand's products, the result of this product could not be different from what I expected! It's a great moisturizing gel, smooth and very light, it spreads very well and absorbs quickly! It removed that dry appearance from the skin in the first application, resulting in hydrated, smooth skin with a great feeling of softness. like most products for sensitive skin, it has no scent and did not cause any irritation and the result was very satisfactory.
I was very happy to have been chosen to test the product and I should definitely consider it for my next purchase.

Lightweight moisturizer

Nice lightweight moisturizer! Only reason I am not a 100% yes is because I need deep moisturizing for my hands due to them being ridiculously dry with my job and I feel like this is better for people who need a light/ maintenance moisturizing. If my hands get better in the future and don’t require as much, I would definitely switch to this!
