Aveeno is the best moisturizer

Aveeno is a staple in our house, and is our go to moisturizer. The Calm + Restore Gel moisturizer is soothing and lightweight. I get dry hands and this worked well for taking away the dry skin and adding moisture. Great for whole body, not just hands!

Aveno always has a great product

I enjoyed using this product. I am an aveno lover and this product made me love it even more. Happy to that I was able to lather it on my skin and it kept soft all day.

I like it, but…..

The formula is very lightweight and non-sticky, as if it’s water-based. When it comes to fragrance, this lotion is fragrance-free, but I feel like you can still smell something. I can’t identify the smell; it might be oat milk. To be honest, that slight smell bothers me, but I thought I could always layer it with some body or fragrance mist. The lotion will leave your skin feeling super healthy and hydrated. Overall, I love everything about this moisturizer except the way it smells.

I like that the Aveeno Calm + Restore Daily Gel Moisturizer comes in a convenient pump bottle format, making it easy to use. The product is unscented, which is great for sensitive skin, and has a very light gel lotion consistency. It goes on very easily and quickly, however it does feel like it just sits on top of the skin for several minutes before fully absorbing, but does seem to absorb after a few minutes. It does make skin feel more hydrated but not as much as thicker lotions that I've used. This would make a great summer lotion but definitely not hydrating enough for the winter.

AVEENO moisturizer

I received this product for free from butterly and AVEENO in exchange for my honest review. We got this sample just in time. I have an itchy red patch on my foot and this helps soothe it and my fiancé had a burn and this was helpful. I prefer using it for irritation over a daily moisturizer. I rather have lotion instead of gel. It says fragrance free but it still has a scent which I don’t like. I like how it has aloe and oat in it. I might purchase to use for after sun in the summer.

I am a huge fan of gel moisturizers, mainly because they absorb so well without leaving a residue on my skin or without me feeling it after it fully absorbs.

Aveeno is such a great skincare brand, so I was pretty excited to try this one out, and to be honest, it has replaced my regular body lotion, I like it that much.

It glides smoothly, and my skin soaks it right up. It feels great and moisturizes very well.

Aveeno cream

The cream gives perfect moisturisation and softness for the skin. It is made of ingredients that feed the dry skin and make it brilliant. I would recommend everyone to try this cream.

It is a lightweight and effective formula!

Having tried other Aveeno products in the past and thinking it's a little thick for my liking, having the opportunity to try their new line of lightweight moisturizers for free was another chance for myself and Aveeno to be reacquainted. Being true to form, the moisturizer is lightweight and effective. It is also fragrance free for the most part accept for a slight oat scent at the beginning which dissipates quite quickly. I would recommend this product for those who like gel moisturizers but think the other products out there are too liquid. This one is a good balance between.

Mediocre

I was gifted Aveeno Calm & Restore in exchange for an honest review. I didn’t love this moisturizer. It is a gel type lotion and isn’t as readily absorbed as lotions I’m used to. I felt like it left a coating or a film. Had to wash it off my palms/fingertips after applying on my legs bc I could feel the product sitting there whereas other creams I rub the excess right into my hands. Made for sensitive skin, dermatologist recommended, fragrance free. Maybe for you but not for me.
