It's good for sensitive skin.

Aveeno is really good for skin. After I received the package, I couldn't stop myself trying it immediately. I found the cleanser refresh my skin and keep my skin moisture without any allergy or bad feelings. I would recommend it to my friends and family without hesitation.

Became a staple in my routine

This cleanser became a staple in my skincare routine. The gel does not give a foam, however it cleanses my skin well. I use it in the morning, as well as in the evening as a second step after the cleansing balm.

It smells nicely and natural, the packaging says it's fragrance-free but sometimes such products still smell something from the ingredients. So this one has very soft and calming scent.

Calm and Restore Facial Cleanser didn't burn my eyes, when I was washing off the mascara. I like the soothing effect it gives to my skin, not overdrying at all.

Perfect calming cleanse

A non-foaming, silky, viscous & opaque gel cleanser, it has no fragrance yet smells faintly of grains from the ingredients. 

It cleanses well, needing to be applied on wet skin, massaged then rinsed off. Rinse well, this cleanser sticks well to skin and needs more then cursory rinsing.

It pairs well with cleansing devices like the PMD Smart, a small amount is all that's needed for effective massage & cleansing. 

It's better as a second or light cleanser. It doesn't remove makeup or sunscreen in one go, in 2 goes it can take of cream sunscreens but not balms. Makeup needs Micellar too.

I tested the cleanser during a heat wave when my skin was more sensitive than usual and it felt lovely and also helped calm my skin down after being out from the heat.

After use my skin feels soft, hydrated and moisture. Most importantly, calm.

The cleanser now lives among my nighttime go-tos.

Gentle and effective

I was so excited to try the Aveeno calm and restore face cleanser. I have sensitive skin and asthma, so I loved that it was fragrance free. I found that the cleanser worked to clean my face effectively without drying it out, and without leaving any residue. I really liked that it didn't leave a filmy feeling on my face after I was done washing! Aveeno is a brand I trust for other products so I'm happy this one is the same quality I've come to expect from them.

Aveeno is a brand I trust for me and my family! This oat cleanser, with a calming gel texture, may not be very foamy but we can feel it moisturize the skin while cleaning deeply. It’s gentle enough to clean all face, including eyes, as well as the body. It leaves no residue behind. Finally a real non-drying cleanser that is mess-free and safe for any skin type!

Gentle Nourishing Facial Cleanser

My household is filled with various Aveeno products that we find very effective when dealing with sensitive skin and eczema so I knew right away I would love the "Aveeno Calm + Restore Nourishing Oat Facial Cleanser" and I absolutely do! ❤ 

I love the simple, light & natural look of the packaging it really compliments the focal ingredients, gentle/nourishing factor and care for the planet.  I appreciate the included 473ml refill pouch which offers a generous 2x refill plus it's made of 30% post-consumer recycled plastic along with the 232mL fluid-ounce bottle 🌎👍  Two of the main key ingredients are prebiotic oats and feverfew(flower) which nourishes and gently cleanses while soothing/calming the skin.  It's also hypoallergenic, non-comedogenic, fragrance free, paraben free, alcohol free, dye free, sulfate free, and phthalate free making it ideal and agreeable for my sensitive skin.

I've been using it for almost a week now during the mornings/nights and my skin looks more nourished than it was a week ago.  It has a very slight oat smell and an easy to apply gel consistency that leaves zero irritation to my skin.  After the very first use i found my skin feeling thoroughly cleansed,  hydrated and more soft without being stripped of moisture which usually isn't the case with my previous cleanser.  It tends to clean well but leaves my face feeling extra dry so a face moisturizer follows right after but with the "Aveeno Calm + Restore" I can actually skip that step.  Lastly i'm impressed that the bottle still looks quite full and barely used which gives me the impression that it'll last for a good amount of time before I need to refill.

Overall i find it effective for my sensitive skin.  It does a great job in lifting and removing dirt/impurities while persevering and strengthening the skins moisture barrier.  I would definitely recommend! 😊❤👍

Gentle and soothing

It does not foam and and it is very gentle. It has a slight oat scent which is amazing. It does a great job at cleaning my face and does not strip away any oils and make my skin feel tight after using it.

Really good face cleanser

Perfect cleanser for sensitive skin. The cleanser smells good but is not too strongly scented and it is creamy and moisturizing which is perfect for dry sensitive skin. I definitely recommend this for all skin types!

Great hydrating cleanser for sensitive skin!

This is a great hydrating cleanser for sensitive skin. I love how it leaves our all the harsh chemicals. It is a great product to use daily even for pregnant ladies!

super gentle cleanser

This cleanser is amazing for sensitive skin types! It doesn't sting or irritate my skin (and I'm on prescription retinol) plus it does a very effective job at removing sunscreen and other impurities. I use it as my second cleanser after a cleansing balm to remove my makeup. My skin feels super soft and hydrated immediately after and it soothes any redness I have.
