Moisturizing Cream

I’ve been trying this cream for the past week and have been liking it so far for dry patches. I have an eczema patch in face and found that this cream is super moisturing and although didn’t make the eczema go away it definitely helped with dryness. I also think this cream would be great for body use, especially during winter. It is a heavy cream that doesn’t absorb too well in face so I’d keep to specific dry patches (maybe for winter use). So if you have oily skin this is probably not the best for face cream but for target areas works good. This cream also has no scent so great if your scent sensitive.

Helps with first signs of dry skin

I have only briefly tried this product. I did find it took away my skin flakiness and roughness I was experiencing on my elbows. I would like to still see how effective it is on a true patch of eczema, but I do not have any full blown eczema at this time. I am excited to try it when I do!

Gentle & restorative

Ever since my baby was born, I’ve been struggling with extra dry skin. Areas are itchy and not much helps. I was very excited to try Aveeno’s Calm+Restore Skin Therapy Balm in hopes of relieving some of my discomfort. I will say, I do like it! It’s a bit thicker than lotion but absorbs well. Like other Aveeno products it’s unscented and very gentle, so it’d be great for anyone to use. It did provide some relief on application, but I took off a star because the relief was not long-lasting. My skin is definitely softer though.

Feel good comfort

The calm + restore skin therapy balm was so delicate on my sensitive skin. The formula was smooth and a little goes a long way. It alleviated any mild irritation from being dry and red and didn't feel heavy or greasy. Great moisturizing property and it's a feel good choice with excluding any irritants like fragrance and the likes. Overall good product from this line, looking forward to trying more.

J’adore

J’ai beaucoup aimé la texture de la crème. Elle pénètre facilement dans la peau et elle ne brûle pas où la peau est irritée. L’odeur n’est pas forte. La crème n’est pas trop épaisse ou trop liquide. La consistance est parfait.

Decent aveeno product

I receive this product for free, in exchange for my honest review.
I used this product on an area on my face that was a little sensitive due to eczema. I used the balm after the exfoliater. I tried it before bed and also once in the morning. I noticed the balm is very thick which I liked considering some products are very thin and get absorbed quickly into the skin. The thicker balm is very hydrating. After the night time application I did notice that the area was less bothered and less red. It wasn’t as hot to the touch which sometimes lasts for a few days. The product was scent free which I really liked. I think this helps to not irritate the skin. I would recommend this product for anyone with sensitive skin. If you’re truly looking for a scent free product as this one doesn’t have that odd after smell most scent free products have.

Aveeno et son nouveau baume

Le baume cutané AVEENO® Calm + Restore fonctionne bien et est un produit parfait pour les peaux sensibles avec certaines irritations spécifiques. Ce qui m’a déçu le plus c’est que le baume doit être utilisé seulement lorsque vous avez des irritations spécifiques sur votre peau. Il n’est pas recommandé comme baume à être dans notre routine matinale quotidienne. Je le recommande mais seulement si vous êtes atteints de problème plus spécifique de la peau.

Amazing Skin Therapy!

I recieved this in exchange for my honest review. I tend to have dry patches that don't go away with normal moisturizer. When I applied the balm my skin felt moisturized instantly without feeling heavy or greasy!

Very soothing and great for sensitive skin

I have very sensitive skin and it’s hard to find a product that doesn’t irritate my skin , but this was great for patches of skin that ALWAYS gets dry. I also put them on mosquito bites and it takes the itch away in seconds. I also get burns on my skin from my work and if you put a little dab of this on the burns it makes them feel so much better.

Balm vs. cream - what will you choose?

I am not quite sure if this product is marketed as a face product or an overall body balm? Telling consumers that we can use it to soothe skin ailments like poison ivy, etc. doesn't exactly make you think of a face product. I ended up using it for my summer-ravaged dry elbows and knees and the product did a most excellent job of treating the dry patches.
