Soft and smooth on dry sensitive skin

I'm really impressed with the Aveeno Calm + Restore Skin Therapy Balm & Nourishing PHA Exfoliator. I've been using it for a week now, and I wanted to wait to see how it performed before sharing my thoughts. This product has been a remarkable addition to my skincare routine for my dry and sensitive skin. I honestly didn't think anything could work this well, but this moisturizer is truly incredible.

Sensitive Skin is in Love

I have tried so many products for my sensitive, uneven tone, rash prone, just total mixing pot skin! This one soothes like none other. The consistency is really nice, smooth, not sticky. Very hydrating and you can layer it with other products or use as a base for makeup. Will 100% buy again!

Helped clear up my daughter's eczema!

My 6 year old frequently gets eczema patches on her face. She has a prescription for a steroid cream for the bad outbreaks but I try and avoid using it for the milder cases. I was using another gentle moisturizer to clear up the mild patches, but that had stopped working lately. The Aveeno sample arrived just in time to try on her current flare up. Each night I washed her face with a gentle cleanser, dried her skin, and applied the Aveeno Skin Therapy Balm. After only three nights the flare up was gone! This took a week with our previous product. I am thoroughly impressed. I plan to continue using the balm on her to help control her eczema. Plus, when I get my usual winter eczema, I can to use it too!

Handy cream.

It's a good cream. My whole family has tried it. Our biggest plus is that it's unscented. It's moisturizing, and smooth. We haven't noticed any difference with our eczema, but it did stop my son from scratching the dry skin. My daughter loved the coverage. My husband needs something stronger, it was too light for his needs. Over all, it'll be good for my son with his eczema, to stop him from scratching.

It was okay

I didn't love this product. While it did provide hydration, it felt too much like body cream. It did not soak into the face nicely and felt like it sat on top of my skin. I also noticed some additional redness immediately after applying. While it worked as an overnight "mask" type product, I would be worried that this may clog my pores in the long term.

Love this so hydrating

Absolutely hydrating. My skin has never felt more smooth and rejuvenated after using a product. I will definitely be buying a full sized product to use.

Tricky to understand how to use due to packaging

I will admit I had to read the package a few times and research to determine how to use this product. Advertising online shows a model’s face, yet the description and packaging communicate the idea that it can be used anywhere. I’ve concluded it can be used anywhere, but I tried it on my face in a spot. It was super oily. My skin felt like it was in a mask and couldn’t breathe. The next day I started developing a deep pimple in one particular area, and the only different product in my routine was the skin balm. I’m going to keep this on standby for winter, as my skin starts developing a bit of eczema patches on my hands. I know this balm will be better suited for that.

My skin felt so soft and amazing when I used this product. It keep it word and the therapy balm was really great.I will recommend this product to all my friends and family .

Après quelques utilisations, j’ai encore un avis mitigé sur le produit. J’aime bien l’odeur subtile comme avec la plupart des produits aveeno. Je m’attendais à une hydratation plus longue durée par contre.
