Aveeno Has great products

As I put on the mask on my face, it would dry quite quickly and it would become transparent. I could feel it tighten on my face within 2 minutes and waited 20 minutes to start peeling the mask off.

It did not irritate my skin and I think I should have added more liquid on my face to have a better grip of getting it off my face. I ended up washing the rest off my face, it left my skin feeling refreshed and at the end of the night, my skin felt smooth and not oily (even though I have combination skin).

Great smell

I had the opportunity to try this Aveeno facemask (for free) and it was nice but there really is not a lot in the container. It also takes a reeeeeeally really really long time for it to dry. The nose and chin and forehead were fast but the cheeks took over 35 min to dry. Even then it was still oddly tacky. I didn't mind it but I don't think I would ever buy it. It was effective and felt nice but I have had other facemasks work faster and take off a bit more dead skin than this.

I really enjoyed using this mask it wasn't messy at all it made my face feel really good and my face was not dry after. You don't even have to wash your face after just peel it off and do your normal face routine when mines is done I will be repurchasing a new one.

Spa like experience in the comfort of your home

I was given the Aveeno Clear Complexion Peel Off Face Mask free to try in exchange for my opinion and review.

The mask goes on as a gel liquid, goes on smoothly, smells nice and is easy to spread. It takes about 15-20 minutes to fully dry.

After drying, the mask is easily peeled away and you can instantly feel softer, smoother skin. If you have any of those fine facial hairs, this can be a little tender when peeling off so the quicker the better!

I noticed no irritation immediately afterward or the following morning.

This product is a great value in comparison to seeking masks and peels in a spa. It does not appear to have had any pore-cleaning effects.

This would be a great product for those looking to create a relaxing spa experience at home on a budget.

It didn't really leave my face matte?

Not sure if the mask itself was matte (kinda was) or it was supposed to make my face matte (kinda not) lol. I assume the latter but didn't really do it for me. The mask itself is fun to use and left my face feeling fresh. Don't expect it to make your face look matte like makeup does though! I don't wear make up but I know for sure lol #gotitfree

Does the job, but expected better from Aveeno

Pros are after it’s first use it feels extremely fresh and leave the skin silky smooth. The profit is very easy to use with clear instructions included. Absolutely loved the whole package.
Now cons are, when I removed the mask it was bit painful. I tried applying oil and gradually removed the mask. It was not easy as described.
Overall I give it four out of five, it works like charm and does the job well only exemption was peel off bit painful.

Nice mask

Pros: This mask was easy to put on and it left my face feeling refreshed as well as tight but not dry. After applying all over my face I found that it dried quickly and it didn't irritate my sensitive skin. It also didn't cause me to break-out. It was easy to wash off as well. It has a fresh scent that was not overwhelming for me.

Cons: I think you will need to apply a lot of the product to be able to peel it off. When I put it on I was not able to peel it off, I ended up washing it off instead. I will continue to use this product for a bit to see it's long-term effects. Hopefully, I'll be able to try peeling it off.

Not overly impressed

I really liked how easy and smoothly the mask spread out. My skin felt fresh after using but i don’t find it helped with oily skin very much.

Aveno is usually one of my favorite brands but this one I wasn’t overly fond of.

Downsides were it was really light to see where on the skin it was already applied unless caked on. And it had a strong perfume smell.

Have No Fear!

I received Aveeno Clear Complexion Purely Matte Peel Off Mask through the ChickAdvisor Review Club. I really enjoyed getting to try it! I think it’s a better alternative than pore strips, as you can apply it to the spots you need, and it doesn’t hurt when you peel it off. Before using the mask, I imagined all those horrifying videos of girls screaming and crying peeling off masks. Don’t worry, folks. You won’t be experiencing anything like that, thankfully! As the mask dries, you can really see the impurities being sucked out of your face. My skin looked a lot clearer and felt so much cleaner after using this mask. I will definitely be adding this to my list. Thanks for letting me try!
