I love a good peel off!

I was super excited to try this peel off mask - who doesn't love peeling it off and pretending it's another layer of skin?

I started by cleansing my skin before I applied the mask. The first thing I noticed was that it was super thick. I tried to apply using a masking brush but found it didn't spread easily - so next time I'll be trying my fingers, or maybe a silicone brush.

After 5 minutes it started to harden a bit around the lips and where ever it was the thinnest. It dried completely within 15-20 minutes and I started to peel it off. It wasn't too difficult to remove but there were some spots where it was thicker to pull off.

I noticed my face was a bit red where the lil hairs got pulled but my skin was super soft afterwards. I really enjoyed using this mask!

Satisfying Peel Off Mask!

This peel off mask is almost a light blue-green colour when you squeeze it out of the tube. The trick to applying peel off masks is that you need a nice even layer (without it being too thin,) to be able to get an edge free and peel it off your face. Also, do not for whatever reason get it too close to your eyebrows, hair line or eyes. I peeled it off after 20 minutes, (make sure it is completely dry before you do so,) and it came off in a couple big motions without breaking apart while peeling it off. My skin felt soft afterwards and there are AHAs as well as pomegranate in the formula. You can purchase this at Shoppers Drug Mart or Walmart. It is pretty expensive though and I feel like I will run out of it quickly as the tube is only 59 g. #GotItFree from ChickAdvisor for testing purposes.

Nice Skin-Smoothing Face Mask

This product was sent to me for free for testing by Chick Advisor for my honest review. I tried it on myself as well as me boyfriend. We both enjoyed it very much. It was easily spread across my face using my fingers. After applying a thin layer, I let it dry completely for about 20 minutes. There is a nice cooling sensation while applied and tightens as it dries down. Of all peeling masks I tried, this one peeled the easiest. It did not hurt like others tend to, and all of it came off in one go. It left my skin feeling soft and smooth. Very enjoyable experience. I only wish there was more product in the tube as it is only good for about 4 uses. Will definitely recommend. #gotitfree #chickadvisor

Left skin feeling soft and smooth

I really liked the Aveeno Clear Complexion Purely Matte peel off face mask that was given to me free to review by ChickAdvisor. I would have liked further instructions on how to apply it (do I use my hands? a face cloth? something else?) I ended up using my hands and found it very hard to clean off. I was not a big fan of the smell, I found it to be like an antiseptic smell.

It dried in about the 15 minutes it suggested. It was easy to peel off except for the couple spots I didn't apply it thick enough (you need to apply very thickly, I went over my face twice). When I removed it my skin was soft and smooth #chickadvisor #igotitfree #aveenoclearcomplexionfacemask

The mask has a very pleasant fragrance, and the squeeze tube along with the tip dispenser give good control on the amount of product that is dispensed.

The first time I used the mask, I made the mistake of using a thin layer. Unfortunately, once it dried, it was very difficult to peel off. Putting on a thicker layer makes it easier to peel the mask off, but I have to work quickly, otherwise, the product becomes very sticky and is very difficult to spread.

I like the fresh feeling that I get while the mask is working. Once I peel it off, my skin feels quite smooth and refreshed. I haven't noticed any reduction in the shininess in my T-zone area, but I like that this mask doesn't dry my skin out, unlike other masks.

Overall, this is a good product even though it is a bit finicky to use.

Je l'ai essayer 2 fois, j'aime beaucoup le fait que le masque sois pelable! Il ne fait pas du tout mal quand on l'enlève et j'avais la peau toute douce après. Ma peau etais plus lumineuse. La seule affaire c'est que ma peau est redevenue grasse pas longtemps apres alors l'effet ne dure pas longtemps. Aussi je trouve le format du produit assez petit. Sinon rien a dire d'autre de negatif, j'adore ce produit!

C'est un bon produit, ça débouche la peau

Je l'utilisais ce soir avant que je me suis lavé mes cheveux. Je l'ai appliqué sur mon visage. Le produit laisse une sensation rafraîchissante sur la peau et il nettoye la peau graisseuse. N'hesitez pas de l'utiliser.

Le produit sent très bon, avec une odeur douce et fraîche ! L'application nécessite que nous mettions une grande quantité du produit pour produire un effet tel que montré sur les publicités, sinon on ne voit pas le masque sur notre peau et il est difficile à peler! On doit alors enlever le masque en lavant notre peau. Ceci dit, le produit est assez doux pour la peau et n'est pas irritant! La peau reste douce et nette par la suite, ce qui rend le masque efficace!
