Fixed my Cracks

I have been struggling with cracking fingers for a while now. I had tried a lot of things to smooth over the cracks, but nothing was working. It was so bad where my fingers stung when I washed my hands. It was also hard for me to type on the keyboard as my fingers felt irritated when I did. Thanks to this ointment, my finger cracks have now been healed over. My hands no longer sting. I love this targeted treatment. I use it at night before when I sleep as it allows the ointment to sink in and I won't rub it off anywhere else. The packaging of this ointment is also great to keep in your purse as it is not too bulky. I also really like the soft applicator. I received this product to test as part of the product review club.

I was selected to try this product for free. I love the easy application and love that it's scent Free.The results are Amazing on really dry skin. I used this product on my elbows. Moisturizes really well with a small amount, and was not sticking like other products I have tried. Definitely a must have for anyone suffering from dry skin!

Get silky and smooth skin with new Aveeno Cica Ointment

I received Aveeno Cracked Skin Relief Cica Ointment from Chickadvisor to write my honest opinion. Aveeno Cica Ointment contains glycerin, an amazing ingredient that adds more moisture to your skin, Shea butter, an ingredient that replenishes your skin, and oatmeal, a hypoallergenic ingredient, which soothes, moisturizes your skin, and creates a protective barrier.
The package has a soft tip applicator for targeting cracked areas, and the package is not so large so I can toss it into my purse and rub it into my nails and cuticles whenever I get a chance. I also apply it on my knuckles, heels, elbows, or even knees. It is also good to apply it on hands before going out during the winter time, or if the air is as dry as it is in Canada, and I have to say that I can see immediate, because my skin is so soft and smooth. I would recommend it to all people who struggle to get silky skin.

A Life-Saving Ointment for Dry Skin Sufferers!

I received this product from Chickadvisor for free for test and review. Over the past couple of years I have noticed that my skin has become progressively drier especially in our harsh Canadian winter months. Our skin also becomes progressively rougher as we age. The product is an ointment with a unique silicone applicator tip. As you squeeze the product out from the tube, an almost gel-like consistency comes out almost resembling that of petroleum jelly and when you look at what the ingredient list entails, it contains 54% petrolatum, a petroleum product. This ointment is non-scented, it’s quite sticky and feels slightly heavy on the skin. It doesn’t absorb quite as easily as the Aveeno Cica balm from the Cracked Skin Relief line but this cream just sits on top of your skin. However, it does feel like this protective seal / barrier has formed onto your skin.

Even though my daughter wore gloves when it was frigid outside, she developed dry, chapped hands that hurt to the touch especially the area where it looked like a reddish scrape. This ointment gave her the relief she needed. It also worked for my husband and my dry, cracked skin around the knuckles and in-between the fingers where it connects to our hands. It definitely helped lock in that moisture even after several hand-washes. I would call this a life-saving, healing ointment for dry skin sufferers!

It works really well !!

This ointment is very nice and works well.

PROS:
- It has NO smell, which is always good if you can't stand overwhelming fragrances
- I love the applicator! I wish more creams came in that kind of packaging! I think that's very innovative and it makes the application less messy, especially when you are in a hurry!
- It starts softening the skin almost right away
- You don't have to wait too long to start seeing results
- I love using this ointment on my elbows and heels, it really softened them in the first couple of days!

CONS:
- It has the texture of petroleum jelly and I'm not a huge fan. I wish it was more like a thick body lotion, but as long as it works i'm ok with it.
- I feel the applicator should be less flimsy and a bit more firm.

In conclusion: It really works and if used every day, at least twice a day you can get faster results! I will totally recommend this product to my friends and family! I like it a lot!

what a difference

AVEENO Cracked Skin Relief CICA Ointment is a miracle worker. I have patchy fryspots on my arms and what a difference in only a few days using it. Also my hands have improved.

Deep Dry Skin Treatment

At first go Aveeno Cracked Skin Relief Cica Ointment appears to be a lot like Vaseline but it works really well as a super concentrated skin moisturizer. It comes out like a thick paste so you definitely want to allow some time for the ointment to absorb – apply either at night or while watching a show. Works particularly well for the dry cuticles and cracked skin on fingers and thumbs.

Good value for something that works as a very intense skin treatment. I would purchase this product again and recommend it to family and friends. I got this product for free to do a product review for ChickAdvisor.

On l’attendait avec impatience!

Souffrant d’eczema se manifestant toujours sous forme de plaques, j’attendais le jour ou un produit spécifique comme celui-ci serait inventé. Ce petit onguent s’applique merveilleusement bien et est assez riche sans laisser les mains ou le corps gras, puisqu’il s’applique seulement sur la zone à traiter. Les résultats sont très rapides on voit une amélioration dès la première application. Je recommande!

I love this for my cuticles and those extra dry patches in your joints. This product is very thick so I prefer to put in on at night before bed so when I wake up, my smooth skin is restored!
