Nice soft scent, non drying

I like that even though this is labelled as a shower gel, once it's out of the bottle, the consistency is creamier than a straight gel. It lathers and spreads easily and for someone like me who is very scent-averse, I find Aveeno scents to be quite pleasant and gentle. I tried it for both uses as recommended on the bottle for a body wash and a shave gel, both with positive results. I had a smooth shave without any razor burn or irritation, and I came out of the shower feeling fresh and clean.

I did dock one star because the feeling of the gel remained after rinsing it off for several minutes. I think this has to do with its moisturizing properties, but I thought the sensation was a bit unpleasant. After my initial experience, I will definitely be using a vessel to lather rather than lathering directly on skin in hopes to reduce that feeling.

J'adore ce gel douche à l'avoine parce qu'il hydrate ma peau et la laisse douce au toucher. Il mousse énormément sans trop en mettre sur la débarbouillette. Son odeur est agréable .

Most wanted body wash for Winter!

I love Aveeno! It is one of my favorite brands since always because it is so delicate and gentle with my skin. The body wash has non-GMO colloidal oatmeal as its main ingredient. Its aroma is delicate and charming, but the best part is the creamy sensation, without generating foam, which allows the skin to be very moisturized during the day. It is ideal for the whole family (although there is also an Aveeno version for babies) and in addition to being used in the shower, it is also a great option for shaving your legs.

Even though its great for every season, during winter is specially useful for having the skin smooth and cared.

Excellent nettoyant

J'ai adoré le nettoyant quotidien. La mousse est riche, il nettoie bien la peau. La texture est douce et l'odeur est délicate.
Il laisse ma peau douce et hydratée

Gel vraiment hydradant

Gel vraiment hydratent, parfait pour la peau sèche en hiver. Odeur très douce. Belle liste d'ingrédients, ils ne sont pas tous naturels, mais j'adore qu'il n'y pas de parabènes ni de savon.

Perfect staple

Love how the body wash feels on my skin! Does not dry it out at all nor does it have an overpowering scent. The formula feels gentle and not harsh at all.

Daily Moisturizing Body Wash/Gel

The body wash/gel itself is gentle. The skin does feel more hydrated and moisturized after use, especially after a few days.

The texture of the body wash itself is less like a gel or lotion and felt a bit slimy. It does not get too soapy/foamy either.

The smell of the body wash resembled a mix of baby power and standard toiletries.

Would recommend this body wash if you are going for a more natural body wash without the big fragrances, and/or have sensitive, dry skin.

great body wash for dry sensitive skin

Aveeno Daily Moisturizing Body Wash - 354 mL: loved this body wash! The consistency is very creamy, silky and smooth. A little goes a long way to get a good lather, so I can see how this would be easy to shave with as they recommend it. My skin is often dry and sensitive come winter time, and this body wash really knows how to keep that skin moisturized. Especially with the help of oats! I also really love that this product has NO Parabens, Phthalates, Dyes, Soaps and Alcohol. It’s also Dermatologist recommended.

Gentle but Squeaky Clean!

I've wanted to find a lightly scented, less moisture stripping body soap to use during the drier winter months and decided to try to Aveeno Daily Moisturizing Wash. I like how this isn't as heavily scented and artificial smelling as some other body washes I've used. Most importantly, after I shower I feel clean BUT my eczema-prone skin still feels moisturized. This is exactly what I needed to reduce my eczema flare-ups during winter!

Goood Product!

Thanks for giving me the opportunity to test this product. I tried the Aveeno Daily Moisturizing body wash, and I liked that the product did latter well on my body and it produces good fragrance. One thing I did not like is that the when the product is applied on the body and is washed off, it leaves the body feeling slippery.
