OK body wash, but did not moisturize that well

As a fan of the Aveeno line, I was expecting more from this body wash. While it performs fine as a regular body wash, the callouts from the bottle claim it's very moisturizing and that just wasn't the case. I would say I mainly have normal (not particularly oily or dry) skin on my body and I still needed to use another moisturizer after my showers when using this body wash in the winter time. I would not pay a premium over other body washes based on the moisturizing claims.

Aveeno

I was looking for a moisturizer for my face and thought that maybe this could work even though it is targeted for the body. Well, it didn't work for my face. I had itchy spots appearing after a few days of uses. It was really itchy, red... Like hives. Plus, few clogged pores (whiteheads)... Really disappointed that it didn't work, since the moisturizing level of this lotion was pretty good... but couldn't stand the itchy bumps anymore...!

However, it works really well as a body moisturizer. (Just not for the face area)

Does the job

Got this Aveeno Daily Moisturizing Yogurt Body Wash, Vanilla and Oats for free as a part of chickadvisor review club. Normally, I love all the Aveeno products but this one just doesn't hit the spot quite yet. It does it job as a body wash but does not keep your body moisture after wash...sane as the smell it not lasts long enough for me (maybe it is the reason that the lotion comes with it lol) very happy that I got to try before I buy. Thanks for chickadvisor for letting me try.

Thick and creamy body wash

I personally don't like this body wash. It would serve better as a shaving cream substitute. It doesn't rinse off quickly because it's kinda slimy. However it lathers great! One improvement- add an exfolient.

Love Aveeno products but not this one

I'm a fan of Aveeno products but this one didn't stand out to me only because I feel like it was harder to rinse off than other body washes. The scent was nice and light, and I would have loved this body wash if it had rinsed off properly.

Fragrance a bit disappointing...

I received the Aveeno yoghurt daily moisturizer and body wash in vanilla oats from chick advisor to review. I found the body wash nice and creamy, and especially liked it for shaving. The moisturizer was nice to apply and soaked in quickly. It soothed my dry itchy skin until the next day. What I'm deducting stars for is the smell. Unfortunately it's not quite right, you can defnately tell that it's artificial. A bit like vanilla blended with baby powder. I was disappointed with the smell, because otherwise I really liked this product.

An ok body wash

I got to try this product thanks to ChickAdvisor.
I do not love the scent although it is ok.
The body wash is ok, nothing outstanding from the product. I would still buy it/use it but wouldn't go out of my way to get it.

Beau produit mais la fragrance ne me convient pas

J'ai reçu ce produit en #cadeau. À l'ouverture de la bouteille, j'ai bien aimé la fragrance de vanille et avoine. Ma fille l'a essayé avec une éponge-filet et m'a dit qu'il moussait bien et elle l'a bien aimé. Mais en lui sentant le bras, je trouvais qu'il laissait sur la peau une odeur un peu florale et assez intense qui ne me plaisait pas.

Je l'ai donc testé moi-même, mais avec une débarbouillette. J'ai trouvé le produit bien crémeux et agréable à utiliser, sauf qu'il n'a pas du tout moussé bien que j'en ai mis une bonne quantité. J'ai dû en remettre pour terminer de me laver. La fragrance, comme je le craignais, était beaucoup trop intense pour moi, autant lors de l'utilisation que par la suite.

Je trouve toutefois que ce nettoyant a laissé ma peau bien hydratée. Si vous aimez les nettoyants crémeux et si ça fragrance vous plaît, vous l'aimerez sûrement.
