Not very effective

I used this when I had an eczema flare-up to try a deeper moisturizing cream than I've used before. It does not rub in quickly or completely and left my skin feeling sticky. I definitely wouldn't recommend using it before bed. I woke up and my arms still felt a little strange.

Improved but didn't heal

While it improved the appearance and dryness of my eczema, the area is still red and scaley. However, it is the best product that I have tried for eczema.

This cream was not for me

This product is fine and probably does what it says it does but it was not for me. I did not really like the formulation and texture of it and the feel of it on my skin. I was conscious of it always after I put it on because it leaves a bit of a filmy residue and does not sink in all the way. I could not really get over how much I disliked this to properly evaluate the efficacy of this product. For others who aren’t so particular this product is probably fine but it wasn’t my favourite.

AveeNO

Aveeno Eczema Care Daily Moisturizing Cream didn't personally work for me, although I've heard good reviews, I suppose results may vary. It moisturizes well like most of their other products, but didn't do anything for the itchiness. I also found it greasier than other moisturizers made for eczema. If I didn't have any other options, I would possibly use this in a pinch but it wouldn't be my first or second choice for eczema relief.

didn't help my scaling skin

I received this product through Butterly for free in exchange for a review. It left my skin feeling nice but my areas that are extremely dry were actually left looking scaley and peeling a bit. There was no improvement, actually it worsened a bit with the increased dryness at end of day. This is even without using product in past.

Very hydrating

This product was very hydrating, more so than I thought because the texture is a gel cream. Seemed like it absorbed fast, but still felt it on the skin hours after. It felt like there was a bit of a film. Really great for the legs, but personally it felt too greasy for anywhere else. If you have super dry skin, this is for you.

Thick but great for my son

My son had baby acne and this was the only thing that “cured” it and moisturized his skin. My father is extremely sensitive to perfumes so this was a perfect option to use on my son, especially since he loves his grandpa cuddles. Will definitely purchase again!

Effective itch relief

As I get older I tend to have dry patches on my skin that can be annoying and itchy. I have had a hard time finding a cream that is both effective and non-greasy, but Aveeno fits the bill. I find I only need a small amount and it helps ease the itchiness right away. I really liked trying this cream and have now put some in a smaller container so I can carry it in my purse while I'm out. There is no heavy scent as well which I also appreciate

I found this product calmed eczema, but did nothing to get rid of it. It is so difficult to find a product that is truly effective against eczema. I will keep looking.
