Worked for my boys!

I am a mom of 3 (1 daughter and 2 sons) and both my boys have eczema on their face. Their cheeks in particular get red and cracked, especially during the cold weather. The standard drug store creams have not provided any relief.

We received and tried the Aveeno eczema care itch relief balm. I applied it to the cheeks of both before bed and was amazed in the morning. After one application the redness was significantly reduced and their skin was so much softer! I'm now keeping this out on the counter (instead of in a drawer) for easy access!

Amazing Product!

I tried this cream on 3 different Eczema spots and it cleared them up within a few days and the itching stopped right away. I also tried it on some very dry areas and it really moisturized the areas. This will definitely be by new go to cream. I would highly recommend it!

Did not work for my baby

I bought this balm to help with my baby's eczema flare-ups. Unfortunately, this balm made my little one's eczema worse and more red/itchy. The texture of this balm is very sticky and thick. No Fragrance which was nice. The balm came in a big tub - good value for the amount of cream I get but too bad it did not work for my baby. I tried a different brand of moisturizer and it was way more moisturzing and more effective against my baby's eczema. I wouldn't purchase this balm again.

No more itchyness!

I received this product for free from ChickAdvisor.

I constantly have Eczema breakouts especially during the dry winter. At the time I received the product, I did not have any eczema, but I had an allergic rash on my leg due to a bad bandit. The cream is scentless which is great. I hate creams that have any types of smell. The cream has an instant cooling effect for my dry itchy rash and soothes the skin right away. I've always been a big fan of Aveeno and I'm glad they came out with this product. I like that they use Collidal oatmeal and ceramides and no other preservatives in the cream. I would definitely recommend my friends to use it, not just for eczema, and I will try it when my eczema comes back.

Aveeno Eczema Relief

I had the opportunity to try this product free from Chickadvisor.

Unfortunately I didn't have an eczema outbreak in the time frame for the trail.

I did like that it didn't have a scent. When I do have eczema the last thing I want to do is put something scented on, as it usually stings. This went on really nicely and absorbed into my skin in a good amount of time. I did find that it was a little greasy. I also would have like to know if I could use it on my face or not as I get eczema under my eye.

The container it came it was a little bulky and would have preferred a tube so I could throw it in my purse.

Overall I think I would purchase it again.

well nourished, soothing cream!

My eczema flares up periodically, so I try hard to keep it under control before it gets worse. I'm very thankful for this aveeno eczema care cream that I got to sample from chickadvisor. First, it's made with good, natural ingredients that doesn't irritate my skin. It has a mild scent that I felt safe to put on my eczema prone areas, as they are sensitive to strong fragrance and harsh chemicals. I have been putting it on twice a day, and it has been keeping my skin well nourished and moisturized. So far my eczema is under control, no more red patches and itchiness! I'm impressed and would recommend using this as a preventative solution!

Deux personne on testé le produit à la maison et les 2 on eu de bon résultats après quelques jours d'utilisation. Sans disparaître complètement, notre eczéma c'est beaucoup améliorer et surtout ça soulage les démangeaisons.

DIDN'T HELP MY HANDS....

I was excited to try aveeno, as there are a few products that are beauty related that also assist health wise. Aveeno to come out with a cream that also has health benefits to treat eczema was exciting opportunity to try!!

I was disappointed greatly....

It was sad that I had an eczema outbreak (this cold weather in Toronto along with heat indoors) makes for "perfect" outbreaks on the hands especially :(

Perfect timing to try Aveeno.

It didn't help...I had to resort to other delicate hand creams throughout the day from other same level brands, as well as in addition use my doctor prescribed cream to assist in the itchiness.

For me, I found no relief with this Aveeno product :(

I did find it make a good hand cream in general as it contained a LOT of moisture, maybe too much as the moisture did not soak into the hands.

I found a hard time to let the hands absorb the lotion and the itchiness did not go away at all.

Even hand creams that are NOT for eczema I found provide at least a bit of relief.

I was disappointed and can not recommend this product to others who suffer from Eczema as it did not help me. :(

Relief for several ailments

I was able to try the Aveeno Eczema Care for free to review from ChickAdvisor. I love getting to try new things but I will always be honest about my personal thoughts and experiences. - No on to the review-
The container you get of this product is very large, a great value that way. I would perhaps prefer a tube only because sensitive skin already has more risk of being reactive to germs. But we just made sure to use a qtip to scoop the product out.
My first goal with this product was eczema, I have eczema on my face. I read and hunted for information looking to see if this was good for the face or if there was maybe a separate option. I found nothing, but I didn't find anything that said I shouldn't use it on my face. So I did. It is very greasy, very much like Vaseline. However it is very soothing on my so dry cheeks. So I would say yes it works, but I could only use it at night, not under make up or anything. My son has eczema on his upper arms and it works great on that! The scent is so minimal that he didn't even mention it.
My second goal was to find something for my daughters "I am the slime making queen" hands. She loves to make slime but all the products have done a number on her hand, they are truly scaly looking. despite her pain and complaints apparently giving up the slime isn't a option in her eyes. So as a compromise I made her use this every night at bed for two weeks. She did complain about it being greasy (heaven forbid she has to wait to swipe her phone or type on her ipad for the 15 or so minutes to let this work its was into her skin), but she didn't mention a scent, which she tends to complain about in some other items and ultimately her hands are on the mend. She will continue to use it and over time she has figured out the amount to use that absorbs a little faster. I would repurchase this item 1000 times if it helps her and keeps her happy.
For my face..... I may look for something less greasy. I have very dry skin so this would be really really greasy on oily skin. Maybe they do make a face product and I just haven't found it yet.

Super efficace
