Exactly what I needed to calm my raw hands!

I absolutely adore this stuff. I just came home from a vacation down south with both hands covered in excema. As anyone knows who has excema the itchiness keeps you up at night and makes you want to chop your hands off.
This cream was just the answer. It was soothing and created a barrier to any irritants. I loved that it wasn't greesey so I didn't have oily fingerprints all over my iPad screen when working. Having the jar by my bed at night was such a lifesaver.
I ended up figuring out that letting my prescription cream on first and soaking in then the Aveeno cream was perfection. It helped calm and protect my hands through the day
I have transferred half the jar and stuck it in the fridge. The cool and the cream are a great combo when my hands are really irritated.

Thank you aveeno. Clearly you have a well thought out and researched product that will help a lot of people.

Say goodbye to dry itchy skin

I received this in the mail for free from ChickAdvisor and picked it up at the local post office. I excitedly took it home and couldn't wait to try it on my dry itchy skin. I was surprised of the size of the container and the substantial amount of balm it came with. I have been using it for over a week now and it has effectively soothed the uncontrollable itch. To boost the moisturizing effect I make sure I apply this after my shower. My only gripe is the sticky feeling it does leave behind if I use too much product. Overall that is only a small complaint compared to its effectiveness. I would certainly recommend this to family and friends who have eczema or generally itchy dry skin.

Now this balm is nice and thick and great to wear under cotton gloves which is normal for my excemza. I use another product that helps with the breakouts and the "itch" that accompanies my flare ups. Now this prodcut does what it promises but if you tend to have breakouts on your hands, this is too "balmy" and does not penetrates and absorb very well. That being said - I will purchase this going forward but it would be in conjunction to my current therapy.

Very effective

I have been using this balm for about 3 weeks now and am quite impressed with the results. My son had a pretty bad eczema spot that we have tried everything to clear up including prescription creams. We had a bit of luck with it improving with the prescription cream but nothing actually cleared it right up. We used Aveeno Eczema Care Itch Relief Balm with the prescription cream and it has completely cleared up. Now we are using just the Aveeno Balm in hopes that it will prevent another flare up.
I have also been using it on my hands because they have been really dry and cracked and it has made a huge difference.
I'm not a huge fan of the feeling it leaves right after using it but it doesn't last too long, and the results far outweigh that. Also love that it is fragrance free.

Loved it!

I received this awesome product free to try though chickadvisor and I was not disappointed!
I loved how soft it made my extremely dry hands. And I slathered it over my just shaved legs and it kept them super soft.
I absolutely love this product and I will definitely buy it as soon as I run out!!

I received this product from ChickAdvisor for free. I tend to have Winter Eczema especially on my hands to the point that sometimes I have cracks and it bleeds.

I have tried other lotions/creams that are supposed to have relieve my hands but I do not find it as useful as the Aveeno Balm. The first time I tried it, I found that it was greasy but it did not leave a residue on my bed sheets or blankets when I went to bed. It took a few seconds for the balm to settle into my hands and I would feel a slight burn. The balm feels thick like vaseline but it is soothing. As well, there is no smell which is a bonus.

I was surprised by the size of the jar but I think it is definitely worth every penny to invest in.

WOW buying again!

Wow this stuff really works!

I have this patch of eczema that I have had for a few years. Some days it does not bother me whatsoever but other days it really flares up and is so itchy. I have gotten prescription cream in the past which relieves for a bit but I have to keep reapplying the cream.

After the first application in the morning of Aveeno Eczema care the itch was relieved. I mean completely inch free the entire day 8-9 hours! I thought it was to good to be true. I applied again at night and no irritation. I applied this product for 5 days on my foot and have not had a flare up for 2 weeks now. It’s been incredible. The patch of skin is still discoloured but not itch or symptoms.

The only thing that took some getting used to was the texture of the balm. It’s has the unique texture that is not really greasy but when applying you feel like it is not absorbing into the skin or not going to work but it does. There is no smell and it is quite thick, so not a lot is needed at one application. The jar is pretty big so I anticipate this will last awhile.

Not for me

The size of the container was great. I was not ready for the vasalin like consistency. I could not get it to absorb and then my cloths were sticking to me. I didn't find that it helped the itching. I would not buy this.

Still Itchy!

I was very excited to try this product because 3/4 people in my family suffer from eczema and dry winter skin. Unfortunately, this balm didn't work as well as I'd hoped. My 13 yo refused to use it after a few days because she said it made her eczema spots feel even itchier than before. I found it was ok, but not any better than other regular creams and lotions I use regularly. #igotitfree

Fantastic stuff

My Dad has eczema and extremely dry skin. We have tried many different creams and this one appears to work the best. His skin flakes off and this seems to put moisture back in his skin.
