Very effective

This is the first time I’m using a gel based product for eczema. I really liked that it was lightweight and formed a really good barrier to retain the skin’s moisture. I received this product for free from Butterly for my honest review and I’ll definitely buy this product again.

Free Aveno product

Disappointing results

As someone who has struggled with eczema-prone skin for years, finding effective relief is always a top priority. I recently decided to try out the AVEENO Eczema Care Rescue Relief Treatment Gel Cream, hoping it would live up to its promises of soothing itch, dryness, and irritation with its blend of colloidal oatmeal, shea butter, and emollients. However, my experience with this product was far from satisfactory.

Despite the promising ingredients and clinical claims, the gel cream did little to alleviate my eczema symptoms. If anything, it seemed to exacerbate the issue. Instead of soothing my irritated skin, it left it feeling even drier, which only intensified the itchiness.

One of the most frustrating aspects of using this product was the lack of noticeable improvement over time. Even after consistent application, my eczema-prone areas showed no signs of relief.

While I appreciate AVEENO's efforts to formulate products specifically for eczema sufferers, the Eczema Care Rescue Relief Treatment Gel Cream fell short of expectations. It's disappointing to invest in a product that not only fails to deliver results but also worsens the condition it claims to treat.

In conclusion, based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend the AVEENO Eczema Care Rescue Relief Treatment Gel Cream to others dealing with eczema-prone skin. It's essential to explore alternative solutions that may be more effective in providing the relief and comfort needed for managing this challenging condition.

Amazing

I have a flare up skin during winter specially my hands. This product is very thick. When you first apply it does stop the itch however not for very long, I had to reapply it in every few hours. This is almost a gel that soaks in and disappears with very little residual product on the skin. The scent is very neutral. Overall a good product.

Not gel like texture but effect for mild eczema

I received this free product from Butterly and I use this at bedtime for my hands. Since it is not gel like at all (it's instead a liquid-y lotion in texture), I found the texture weird. The cream works really well to soothe and moisturize my dry hands. The cream has no fragrance and is easy to apply and absorbs into the skin instantly. The product packaging is great too as the pump dispenser dispenses enough lotion for the hands in just one to two pumps.

Real rescue relieve

If you have been dealing with eczema lately, this gel cream is a life safer. I have really bad eczema around my chest and I have seen the results after 3 days.

Eczema flare ups can really disrupt sleep. Aveeno Eczema Care Rescue Relief Gel Cream comes in with a cool and soothing relief, which has been a tremendous help at bedtime. We had already been using Aveeno products for eczema, and will definitely continue with the Eczema Care line.

La rexture est assez liquide et s’a sorbe rapidement. Par contre je ne l’ai pas trouvé aussi utile que la crème hydratante qui me procure plus de soulagement.
