Daily Sweet Relief

Had the opportunity to test out the new @aveenoca Eczema Care Moisturizing Cream and Rescue Relief Gel. As someone who has been trying out many skincare products over the years it was refreshing to try these and see and feel results immediately. Both are non greasy with absolutely no scent and non irritating. My skin is soft and hydrated without feeling like a film is left after applications. If you have reactive, dry, red, sensitive skin and/or eczema you should add these to your daily routine. I was kindly sent the products for free from @thisisbutterly !

AVEENO Eczema Care Rescue Relief Gel

AVEENO Eczema Care Rescue Relief Gel with 2% colloidal oatmeal has been clinically proven to soothe the itchiness, dryness, and irritation associated with mild to moderate eczema. This product offers relief for eczema, as well as skin irritation from poison ivy, oak, sumac, and insect bites. Containing AHA, it is recommended to follow sun protection measures (sunscreen, protective clothing, and limited sun exposure) while using this product and for a week thereafter.

Loved the texture

My eczema is not really itchy theses days, so I did not saw a difference, but I can’t wait to try it on mosquitos bites this summer.

I wasnt sure at first about how effective a gel could be on eczema spots but was very pleasantly surprised at both the texture and effectiveness of the gel.

Thin watery texture - felt too sticky

I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review. I have a mild case of eczema, with patches on my legs and arms. They're typically not very noticeable unless my skin is very dry or irritated from something. I usually shy away from medicated products because I don't want to become dependent on any specific active ingredient. Compared to the thicker creams in this skincare line, this gel cream has a watery, thinner consistency. While it initially feels cooling upon application, I found it to be quite sticky for an extended period. Additionally, I didn't feel like it provided enough moisture to form a protective barrier on my skin. Personally, I prefer thicker creams and will repurchase. However, this is simply my own preference. I actually enjoy the daily moisturizing cream from this Eczema Care line more.

This Eczema Care Rescue Relief Treatment Gel Cream is moisturizing, steroid-free, with no added scent- all things I appreciate. The gel formula left my skin feeling soothed and calm without a greasy residue. My sensitive skin approves.

Excellent product

I would buy this product over and over again and recommend to my family and friends to try. This was excellent and I will not use anything else, so good on the back and legs and arms , cleared eased all my red blotches and felt good on the skin.
